My husband and I have lived at Mulberry Farms since December 2022. We wanted to be away from the heat and traffic of Phoenix. We love what little snow we get and enjoy the much cooler nights in the summer. The community is in a great location as it is not far from the Prescott area major shopping and it is not far from Phoenix if we need to go.

The amenities are great, the activities and clubs are fun, and the people you meet are friendly. Neighbors in the community are there to help when needed.

The staff is great and friendly and the owners care. We are happy that we chose Mulberry Farms as our home as we have watched the community grow. We love our model and living on the Great Street. Having a smaller home that has a garage is what we were looking for.

It has been a blessing to call Mulberry Farms our home for the past year and a half. We plan on being here for many years to come.

We lived at Mulberry Farms for one and half years and enjoyed our time there. We moved out December 2024 and it is almost February 2025, and we still have not received our deposit refund. We left the place cleaner than when we moved in. Curious to see if we get $35 out of the $800 we paid if we ever receive anything at all.

Just received my $35 refund after living here for 13 months. Enjoyed my time here. My complaint is the bogus reasons for deducting $765 of my deposit for cleaning purposes when I kept my home in Pristine Condition and left it that way. Shame on you for doing so. Hope to hear back.

In early 2023 we made a choice to move to Prescott Valley. We knew we needed to rent first as we didn't want to leap into a home purchase After much research Mulberry Farms was front and center. This 55+ community provides everything you need in a home. We have made many friends and
we hope to have long lasting relationships. The owners make their presence known and show a great deal of interest and respect to their residents. We highly recommend Mulberry Farms to friends, family and anyone I pass on the street. Also, if your a pet owner the Spa is bonus. Best, M & C

Was looking into this place for a relative but the outside of the houses are all weird faded looking. Inside the paint is slightly off almost gloomy appearing. We are looking for a more upbeat living.

UPDATE: Isn't it sad how quickly things can go downhill Mulberry Farms is one of those places where they talk about community, family, relationships, blah blah blah, but it has become just a tag line for them. Like so many other owners/landlords it seems (at least the big ones), they will take you for every cent they can get. Sooooo disappointing! I'm sorry now that I posted such a great review for them. Sadly, I cannot recommend them at all anymore.

Hey Fellow Renters (55+), You know all those yucky things about renting? They don't happen here! Curbside trash pick-up? Whaaaat? A garage? Yep. Private back yard? Check! Up-graded appliances and smart home tech? Of course! I couldn't be happier to call this place home. The grounds are beautiful and offer on-site walking and nature trails to boot. Can't wait for the Great Barn to be completed and enjoy the afternoon Happy Hour! To top it all off, the staff are so helpful, friendly and responsive. I would kinda like to keep this place a secret, but I just have to recommend it. Check it out, you won't be disappointed!

Mulberry Farms is a wonderful community! We love it here. We have yet to join in the activities, but will do so in the near future. This community is quiet, friendly, tranquil and has amazing views of the mountains and the skies.
