Dana and the day staff are all very exceptional in their kindness and patience with myself at check in and check out and observations and listening as I walked thru the lobby. The property is very clean and well kept with lots of lighting. Stones throw from Fountain Hills park and the downtown venue. The room was clean and beautiful with a coffee maker, big freezer compartment and refrigerator for a dorm size refrigerator and a nice Kurig style coffee maker that had both french roast coffee and earl grey tea. Plenty of outlets to charge mobile devices and electronics with outlets and usb ports. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of continental breakfast items, juice, many types of yogurt and coffee. I liked the hotel for its hospitality, charm, quiet and spacious rooms and the people that serve here were top notch! Bravo! Get these people $$ raises, paid days off and stock options! Well done!

My family planned to stay at this hotel for three nights. On the first night, we found cockroaches in the bathroom. We were able to capture one under a cup which is provided by the picture attached. They refused to give a refund for the two nights we will not be using, citing that their property is a "highly desirable location" and that "bugs in the desert are normal." Have fun spending money to sleep with bugs if you select this location!

Guess it’s just not up to level of some services like Hampton Inn. Rooms only serviced if you ask rather than on any schedule. Breakfast is adequate but minimal. For heated food, you have to microwave an egg sandwich. No fresh fruit. Just wasn’t at level we’re used to. Staff good. Room good.

The area was nice, park across the street. Rooms were nice and clean no complaints there.. but breakfast was horrible, I woke up early and hungry, went to the hot breakfast they said was available but come to find out it was warm up breakfast sandwiches, burritos, cold cereal, toast, muffins, coffee, OJ but in sealed cups... the microwave was hard to open.. and the guy there Mike guess he was the breakfast monitor watched us as we got our food and ate.. he act4d like we were going to seal some food... he stood and watched! We felt uncomfortable and I didnt want to eat while being stared at... other guest came in and asked where the bacon and eggs were which I had to tell them this wasn't that kinda breakfast.. she seemed annoyed... Mike didn't answer questions, guess he was just there to stare at people...

On July 19, I checked into your hotel and had a pleasant experience. The front desk staff during my check-in was efficient and helpful. My husband and I were celebrating his birthday and chose your hotel as part of our stay-vacation. We found the rooms to be comfortable, with firm mattresses and cleanliness, including amenities such as makeup removal rags, which was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the hot tub and pool area, feeling relaxed. However, the breakfast area stood out, and not entirely positively. Initially, we were told it was a full breakfast, but it was actually a continental breakfast with additional perks, which was acceptable. The staff, particularly Mike, who introduced himself as the area manager, made us feel uncomfortable. He closely watched us, making us feel like we were being monitored. Another guest from Tahiti also seemed uncomfortable. When we entered the breakfast area, Mike stood up from his seat and closely observed us, stating he was there to ensure we weren't taking excessive food missing I found this insulting, given we had a credit card on file with your establishment. It seemed like he singled us out, which was ironic, considering there were only three of us. Mind you my husband is a retired disabled vet‼️He mentioned that his wife was the manager, implying that any complaints would be handled internally and not escalated to the regional manager. I believe this policy needs review, as it may be overly hasty in dealing with guests. Guests should feel comfortable and safe during their stay. Out of everything I mentioned, this incident has left a lasting impression. I look forward to hearing from the regional manager regarding this incident. Additionally, I found Mike to be combative, which is not conducive to the atmosphere you would want for your establishment.

At 1st I was hesitant to get a room here because of reviews but decided to see for myself. I check in with Jason a little after 3pm he greeted me right away and was a really nice and thanked me for being a member. Went up to the room had a great view of the fountain the room was hot so put on the AC and went down to the pool. Great pool enough space even with another family of 5 in there. Came back around 6pm took shower and headed out to dinner room was still warm but i figured i was still hot from being outside. Got back to room around 830pm. Room was still hot so turn dial down to maybe 60 degrees went to use dryer spent 45 minutes in laundry room came back ac had a smell and was blowing air but room wasn't getting cooler. i called front desk to ask since i already saw complaints about ac not working online. i asked if they take time or if they dont get cooler than certain degrees. he said shouldn't be lower than 72 degrees and unit are older it will take time to cool. another 20 minutes passed and it just stopped i asked if they had a fan since windows dont open and jason brought up a fan and looked at the unit. He tried what he could for a good 20 minutes or longer. He said he would be back and see if we can be moved because it was so hot in the room and the Ac just stopped working. Couple minutes later a woman called found out her name was Lana they found us a new room and made sure the ac was working. Lana personally came up and gave us the key and showed us to our new room. They went above and beyond to help us even though it was already 11pm. We were so grateful and they did all they could to help us out. I would definitely stay here again even though i had an issue with the 1st room with Ac breaking the customer service was great and thats what matters the most.

Beautiful room/clean/updated - view terrific! |Not large hotel so easy walk from car to room. |Close to best restaurants and park, nice walking path. |Continental breakfast very nice with good packaged protein choices in refrigerator. |Will come back!

Internet is absolute trash, so if you plan to do work and need internet just know you won’t have it.

I got a massive cockroach in my room which I mean even in some of the nicest places they are resilient but here it was.

Other than that it’s decent… rooms are relatively clean and modernish…
