Guarded gated community, has 3 tennis clay courts, 3 pools 2 are heated and boat slips are available for sale or rent. There is a large clubhouse equipped with a kitchen that can be used to host your parties or just meet friends.There's a library, pool table room and a fully equipped exercise room. Great fishing out your back door with views of the Skyway Bridge in the distance. We are close to the beach yet far enough to avoid the tourist. Residents are friendly and they have many activities to participate in. Surrounded by water on three sides. Great place to live or spend your winters. Its Not and over 55 community but there are hardly any kids except on holidays when they come to visit Grandma.

“The Village” of TIerra Verde is a virtual Paradise-The Right Choice absolutely gorgeous gated complex with beautifully maintained grounds and landscaping. High Quality construction very solidly built and it’s very well managed. Like the one of the Florida Keys one of most gorgeous barrier islands. Traveling less than seven minutes to two of best beaches in North America, the amazing Ft Desoto Park or to St Pete Beach. We Love TIerra Verde my Family has been residents of the Village since 1993 part of this wonderful safe island community!
