I bought a park model in that Park but could not live there because the roads are narrow. Only one car can pass and it's full of big speed bumps. I decided to relocate the unit buecause the managers kept harassing me.
Many residents in the park approached me and told me how unhappy they are with the managers. They will not give a bad review because of the repercussions. For example I told him I was not going to be a resident because I bought the unit to move it out. They approached me three times with papers to sign. Within a couple weeks I had it moved out. I was good enough to clean the yard and when I threw some of it in the bin Steven the manager made me, a 74 year-old woman, go into the bin and remove it because he said I was not a resident. That unit was in that Park since 2006 but I could not throw out the debris?

I come here all the time, almost every day. My sons great great grandmother lives here and its not the best place. For example when the pool breaks it takes forever to fix, now they're fixing the street with the black concrete thing and it's just mKing the street darker, but not fix it, I can still see the cracks

Our community is very friendly, If you need help you'll always find someone
to help. I've been here in this park for 20 yrs. I just love it. Have lots
of activities. People go for walks, have beautiful pool, nice shower room, New
renovated shuffle boards, Booce, Have a nice hall,card playing, bingo, crafts, knitting group. Fire pit for BBQ get togethers . pot luck,TV, Juke box (new to our park). So there’s never a dull moment.
Or you may just sit and enjoy the people walking around, We have the most
wonderful managers, they even join us for activities. And we really enjoy
their company. And they are very friendly also. Bob and Karen are the best. I always
said they are golden to me.
I feel very safe here in the park. So why don't you come and see us
sometimes.

I've seen many managers in 20 yrs. But they are the best.
Also thanks to Leisure Days RV Park to keep our place so nice.

They deserve 15 Stars! We love it and would love to have a home in here but it is for 55+ so we have a few years yet. It is small but personal, thats what we like. Everyone knows everyone. They are very nice people and friendly with everyone. They have a community building with a menu of all the activities, like bingo, darts, and so on. There is a huge laundry room. They have very nice pool that is cleaned daily and they bathrooms too. It is all paved roads. Free Wi-Fi but could use a booster. Cameras for security. Ducks walk around the park going back and forth to the retention parks. All the trailers and campers are very nicely up-kept. The lawns and trees are nicely trimmed. Within a mile is a: CVS pharmacy, McDonald's, Wendy's, Home Depot, grocery store and a small strip mall with a variety of stores. Drive a few more miles to downtown Zephyrhills and you will find a whole variety of restaurants like breakfast at Sunrise Eatery to lunch at Five Guys and dinner at Ruby Tuesday and stores including Walmart, Rural King and more.
