This place is great. Could not be closer to the beach! Great community and Cassie is super easy to work with to move in. Lots of green space between buildings. Great pool and welcoming community. Also, couldn't be closer to downtown and still live on the beach. Walkable to circle K, Salt Life, Embassy suites, Crabby, etc, etc!

I can honestly say I have had No problems whatsoever living here. The community is great, The location is absolutely amazing!!! Cassie has ALWAYS been helpful with any questions I may have, And the two minor maintenance issues I had were fixed immediately when I put in a Maintenance request. It is also very quiet and Friendly.

Cissy went above and beyond to secure just the right apartment for my daughter and I! We are literally a stone's throw from the beach, and walking distance to the YMCA! And the prices beat just about everything on the island! Looking forward to our stay here!

This is a honest post , i have been a tenant for a year now 2024-2025 so that i could write what my thoughts are subjectively, first i can say from my experience here with the Manager Cassie and Maint. man Mike that they have been nothing but professional and straight with me , whenever any issue might come up they both dealt with it promptly and to my satisfaction , plz keep in mind they handle a lot of units by their self , so sometimes they are swamped so patience is needed but i never had any problems, my lease is up and i would stay in a minute but my medical condition forces me to move in with my daughter for a while doing treatments, the location is great walk to bch , pier , salt life etc, the hoa cuts grass regularly the pool cleaning is regular and its a very clean property, i would like to see a couple more handycap spots but that’s up to the hoa , i would definitely stay here again, this is only my experience so i don’t speak for anyone else but mine is honest thx robert

This was such a smooth and fantastic experience. Cassie, the property manager was absolutely a delight in helping me and my family! She answered every question I had, went over everything with me that I needed. I appreciate everything that has been done for this transition. Can’t recommend her and Seaside Villas enough.

Ive been living here for about 3 years now. Yes we go through property managers/maintenance like babies do diapers. But one thing that has kept me here is the community. If I have a problem, a neighbor is quick to help and remedy the solution or do their best to point you in the right direction. The location is to die for, the rent is perfect for the working class in this town. And our current property management team is actually at the office! Reachable, always on the grounds doing her best. Cassie (our current property manager) has shown me no matter what problems we encounter in our homes, just because we don't get the service when we want does not mean that she isn't working her hardest to get it done. She has been hiring outside contractors to handle issues due to our lack of an on site maintenance position being filled. That's amazing, and I appreciate all the effort she puts forth. As well as being able to work with me to communicate to the head office, out of state might I add, to allow amnesty and time to get my life together and back on track. Seaside Villas is an amazing community. The buildings are old, everyone and their mother and grandmother has lived here. Things will break, but they won't be broken forever, and that happens ANYWHERE you live. As for the overall experience. I love it and don't see myself leaving until I'm ready to buy a house.

Location is great and that’s it!! When I moved in, the first week the toilet pipe broke. I came home from work to a flooded apartment. Few weeks later the hot water tank burst, again come home to a flooded apartment. They just put big loud dryers in my place. Hard to live in the mess. Then had mold really bad, a company had to come in to deal with it and I had to be out of my apartment for 4 days. Finally I had enough and moved out. I let the office know. Went over everything and turned in my key. I was told I didn’t owe any money. A few months later on my credit report it shows I owe them money. Wrong!!! If anything they owe me. Stay away from this place, nothing but trouble!!!!

Buyers/Renters BEWARE!!! Management is nonexistent here! Office is always locked, phone calls go unanswered, maintenance requests are never completed and contractors are not paid in full. Many of the units are moldy and roach infested with no working AC. Drunks and bums love Seaside Villas because of no background checks! By FAR the most poorly managed apartments on the island. STAY AWAY!!!
