This is by far the worst customer service that I've delt with in years, and it keeps getting worse! If you call be prepared to wait, if they answer at all. I've sat on hold for over 30 minutes numerous times only to be hung up on. Although I've had a few decent experiences with the pharmacy staff the majority of the time they are unfriendly, impatient and just plain rude. Another problem is that they will tell you your multiple prescriptions are ready, but when you get down there and wait in line for god knows how long, they tell you that one of them isn't ready, come back in an hour. And the Rite Aid that used to be on Hwy 18 in Apple Valley was the same way! That store closed, hmmm, wonder why? I've had enough, I won't be going back.

I usually find myself shopping at Walgreens rather than Rite Aid, though now that I think about it, I'm not quite sure why. I went to this Rite Aid to get some otc UTI relief, and they actually had a very good selection, with, to my surprise, very reasonable prices. They also had some adorable garden decor, that I really wanted to get. One of my favorite things about Rite Aid, is that they always have a bunch of stuff on clearance. (Maybe it's a good thing I don't go there often, as I could see myself going broke, buying up all their clearance stuff!) The store was clean, and the cashier was nice enough.

The stars are only for the nostalgic Thrifty Ice cream! Sadly it looks like this location will be closing even though there is no sign stating so but the shelves are nearly empty (sad face)

Cashier ladies are always very nice And welcoming.

The pharmacy has different rules every time I pick up my prescription. And they always have an attitude when you try to ask questions about GoodRX. For the past few years they've just automatically used the GoodRx price. Now every time the prescription is a different price and when I ask if the GoodRX price was used they get an attitude and say I should've mentioned it when I placed a refill. Now watch, I'll tell them to use the GoodRX when I place a refill and they'll probably tell me something different then too.

Worst pharmacy ever! They inform you 24 hours later your prescription is ready. You arrive to pick up your prescription, and they only have 1 of 2. That when you arrive, you need to wait 30 minutes more and that your 2nd prescription will only have half of what your Doctor prescribed. I guess a call or message wouldn't have helped. Never coming here again. Walgreens is up the street.

We're a right aid customer all our prescription is in that pharmacy , the pharmacist very nice, but the store manager she's always rude we went there to get our prescription then my husband want to use the restroom coz he is taking a medicines for his heart to out the fluids he really needs to pee I asked her the manager what's the code of the restroom? She said she's the one who open it, but she will not go right away she's still doing some things, then my husband mad coz if he can't pee right away the water go to his heart.. so he runs outside and pee in the car at the water cup.

Everyone here is always super nice so I just couldn't leave a really bad review. I came by tonight at exactly 9:50 to buy an ice cream cone. They said ice cream was closed already. I stopped by yesterday at 9:20 and was told their computers were down. Its just a bit annoying when store hours say they are open until 10.

My husband & I went there today to get passport photos because the website says they can do them at any Rite Aid that has a photo center. When we got there, there was a sign at the photo center that clearly said they do passport photos. So we stood waiting at the photo counter for quite a while because there was a line at checkout & at the ice cream counter. That was understandable. But once both of the employees were done with their customers, neither one asked if we needed help. They just stood in their respective areas tidying up. And we were close enough to both counters. There was no way they couldn’t see us. So I finally went to the front counter and asked for assistance with getting a passport photo done. The cashier then let me know that they no longer offer passport photos.
We could have saved a lot of time if just one of them would have bothered to acknowledge us in the first place.
Never going back again.
