If you have another pharmacy to use ,then use it. They never have medication on hand you have to wait days .might as well use expess scripts from cigna.Takes five days to get but will worth it.Your going to wait at least the same time with walgreens and walgreens never gets anything right! Walgreens has an attitude walk away.

Shameful experience at this store. I got the flu just a few days before Christmas. I sent some prescription orders - the Tamiflu they did not have in stock and said it was delayed. The other was to deal with asthma complications but they gave no info on that. I had to call several times and check in with the store in person. The final time I walked in, the pharmacy technician said still they didn’t have the Tamiflu (I canceled the order because it ran its course already), and said I needed pre-authorization for the inhaler - which they could have told me in the beginning! So basically suffered through the week, and she gave zero apologies for their lack of communication. I literally tried to ask about options, but she already away from me. Since they don’t have the time of day, I do not recommend giving them your business. Try CVS, or give your support to a local pharmacist who can actually be helpful!

Jeanette helped me figure out my meds were available after the Walgreens in Hesperia, at I ave and Main st., lied to me. She even let me know my insurance would pay for delivery. I had to go here because the Hesperia location, after 15 days, said their warehouse was out. Jeanette typed in my medication and it has been available and could have been there the next day. I almost left Walgreens for good, but Jeanette saved the company a long time customer. There was a super long line, but to my amazement it went down quick. Not like Hesperia.

The store associate was very helpful and in no time she opened the perfume section for me and helped me pick the perfect gifts!!!

Overwhelmingly sexy pharmacists in the drive through window. If I had some windex, I’d clean the dust off it so I could see their beautiful faces better. Second to their looks was the service. Remarkable. Kind, smart, man, regardless of whether my wife (and may she rest in peace) got her cancer medication, they made me feel special.

I came here for two vaccinations I made an appointment I showed up before my appointment I checked in and then I stood at the window for over an hour without anybody asking me if I needed any further help when I finally went to the window and asked how long it would be they said a few more minutes after which it was another 40 minutes I finally just left I will go get my vaccine somewhere else and I will never come in here again it is ridiculous to have to stand around and wait I have other appointments and things I need to do it's 6:00 at night I have worked all day I made this appointment and they couldn't even get to me on time

As I have been sitting here for 22 min I will review... Awful wait times, I have never, any day or time of the week waited in the drive thru for less than 20 minutes. Even if I was the first one up! They need to hire more people. It is quite ridiculous. I will be looking to find a better small pharmacy.

I have gone to this WG since it opened. Used to be a nice place with friendly employees. Now the employees are rude as hell, don't smile, don't say thank you, won't help you with a price check on item not marked.. Today I waited in line for 14 minutes with only one person in front of me at the counter. Finally she called a manager up, never acknowledged me or the now 5 people waiting behind me. The manager just walked away. Finally she waited on me, never spoke a word except to say the total and asked if I wanted a bag. No "Thank You, have a nice day, sorry for the wait, not a smile". Guess I will never go back and drive to the best one in Hesperia. With the reviews it's about time to shut it down or hire some better people.
