Booked a 30 day stay to visit friends and just to relax.
Only complaints I have is there are posted speed limits posted at 10mph then 15mph BUT a 1/3 of the people think that 20-25+mph is perfectly fine I had mentioned to the office a few times and I’ve seen workers on their carts see this and say nothing! Disappointing! (The back row where we were was the worst)
It only takes one person to walk around the front of their vehicle and get hit by one of these speeders (as almost happened to me with a contractor) this is a nice park but roads are narrow no reason to speed through here NONE!
I feel the management should crack down more on this.
NO REASON TO SPEED THROUGH ANY RV PARK NONE!
Leash rule but saw someone (won’t mention who) on their carts with 2 dogs an no leash!
Also I asked for a spot that backs up to the pond an was told the 2 available spots were spoken for but only one got used for 3-4 days the whole 30 days we were here!
Wife and I discussed buying a place in here to snowbird next season but second guessing it for a few reasons
1. New rules for existing homes (no more concrete pads, no more carports, etc) some make sense some don’t!
2. SPEEDERS (feel nothing is being done and will not take a chance of my wife getting hurt or myself)
3. Floods easy
(ON A GOOD NOTE WE HAD GREAT NEIGHBORS)

Do not go there because the managers are rude and if you show them something that is wrong they will come back with well your trailer needs to be power washed or something like that. I was in the park since 1998 and I left in 2024 because my husband passed away and they made my son and his wife leave when I needed them the most and then my trailer got damaged from the hurricane Milton. I also found out that they really shouldn't of thrown my son out because he was my care taker.

We spent 30 days (Jan 2024) at Palm View Gardens in our toy hauler and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The resort isn’t fancy but the customer service, employees, manager & residents are awesome. A very welcoming and friendly group, the resort is clean/maintained daily & enjoyed the pool and shuffleboard courts. Definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved it here. We had planned to stay a week but extended to 3 weeks. The park was well kept with a crew of maintenance staff who were extremely helpful. They help direct you into your assigned spot which we've not seen at other parks but it was awesome. While staying here, we had a tire that needed to be taken in for repair and they loaned my hub a pipe to help leverage to get the lug nuts off (Joe is measuring the pipe and buying one identical to store in basement).

The managers and office staff were always friendly and helpful. If you need help with something, just ask and they will try to assist you.

There are quite a few permanent residents and we loved getting to know our neighbors. The park is very dog friendly. They have a small fenced in dog park. That was awesome to run some energy off of our young dog. Everyone here was so friendly.

The pool is well kept and warm. The maintenance crew is always busy working on something. The laundry room was clean and well kept.

We can't wait to come back!

So disappointed this year! Last year we stayed here and really enjoyed our stay, except with my run in with the "pool police". When I made reservations I asked if we could be put back on or close to the same site we were on last year since we were traveling with friends and wanted to be close to them. Of course was told we couldn't have a site number given to us. Ok, as long as we aren't by the road. We'll we were right along the EXTREMELY, NOISY ROAD/INTERSECTION. I asked when we found out our site number to be moved, was told no. Nothing available. We watched empty sites that never had a RV on them until the end of our stay and they were much smaller than ours. The traffic was so loud I barely slept ! Basically every morning awake at 5am with the sounds of semi trucks and work traffic. At night motor cycles and loud race cars! Not to mention my trailer was infested with ants!! It was hard to set outside at all because of the noise. Unfortunately we will not be back,

love this RV Resort. We stayed at Palm View Gardens RV Resort 2 years ago around this time and decided to come back again. We love the people here and the organized activities and the warm welcoming we get from the people here. love the fact that it is a 55+ age group too.
