Definitely the best Italian food I have ever had in the Zephyrhills area. The service was just as amazing as the food. For the price you pay there should not be an upcharge to get a caesar salad and I've never been charged for bread at an Italian restaurant other than that great visit.

Myself and my wife have been here multiple times. The food and atmosphere is always amazing. The prices are very fair based on the portions received. They also have a fairly expansive menu meaning everyone in your party can get something they will like, With a full bar.

3 of us had veal and chicken parm. Specially requested it not be overcooked (I’ve tried this place many times-tendency to overcook) and it was like trying to cut rubber- 3 out of 4 dishes. It was Early, 4:45, we all had appetizers and we were only ones there so the kitchen sure wasn’t busy. We love the restaurant, atmosphere and room but if the cook can’t prepare a simple dish... the veal actually was burnt on the ends. Should never have been served. Waiter should have caught it ( Doug Never came to ask how meals were). If we weren’t there with friends from away these meals would have gone back. I was told the head cook wasn’t there till 6 ( so the ribeye special couldn’t be prepared). Ok, we order easy Parmesan. Don’t open until you have a real cook in the kitchen. We support the local restaurant but that was the worst meal yet. Doug was ok. Dessert and the Piano player were awesome. Hope you can correct the “cook”. Saturday at 4:45, 1st orders in.

We were not greeted.

There's 5 of us and we were seated at a table for 4, with no offer of a larger table or another chair. Had to take care of it ourselves.

The food took 45 minutes and we only ordered 2 things.

The place smelled like wet walls and there was a dead bug on our table.

There wasn't a soup option, so I couldn't eat anything with a sore throat.

My son spilled a drink and we couldn't get any attention to help.

Wound up paying over $60 for 1 $20 entree, 1 pizza, 3 orange juices, 2 teas (ordered sweet, kept being given unsweet).

The table was way too close to the party next to us... Very small space.

We left with our food and ate at home.

My husband said the pasta and pizza were good.

But we will never return, even being within walking distance.

I was so disappointed. After this place was recommended highly, I expected better. I'm not picky either.

Great Authentic Italian Cuisine ! The owner came out while we were seated at the bar and engaged in conversation with us. Really nice guy and cares about his patrons. Food is of great quality. We will be back and will be recommending to our friends.

What a mixed experience! We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in, and shown a seat. Our waitress was an older woman (only in comparison to the rest of the staff...I don't mean this in a pejorative sense), extremely pleasant, and my friend and I were expecting a great evening. We ordered drinks, an appetizer to come out with our salads, and entrees. All good so far. The drinks came out (from their special drink menu...yummy). Then the salads came out, delivered by a different woman (we'll call her #2). A bit later, our original waitress brought out salads (again), with our appetizer. She didn't realize someone else had brought out salads earlier...but, obviously not a big deal, and we all laughed about it. That was the last we saw of her...#2 woman delivered our meals, and brought the cracked red pepper we requested. The meals were delicious (fortunately, since NO ONE ever came back to ask if they were okay), but I really would have liked a glass of red wine to go with my meal...I considered getting up to go to the back of the restaurant to get it myself. I drained my water...never got more. When my friend and I were completely done, the original waitress returned to the table to collect the dishes. I noted to her that I was disappointed she had never come to check on us during our meal...she said it was because waitress #2 had brought our food, which mixed her up. Really? You forgot about us because someone else wanted the food to get to the table hot? No apology...just divert the blame elsewhere. We ordered coffee and dessert anyway (it was a real point of deliberation after we had been ignored all evening), and of course, she was Johnny-on-spot with the bill. We gave her the credit card, and when it came back for signature, it was less than half the cost of our actual evening. Again, she never came back for it, so finally my friend went to the back of the restaurant (to stand with her by the cash register) to make it right (no need to punish the restaurant for the waitress' lack of service, although it would have been nice to have the coffee & desserts comped, perhaps, but that was never part of the discussion, since of course, she wasn't responsible for anything). Again, no apology (this is the original waitress)..just an excuse about being busy and she must have rung it up wrong. So - great food, but our experience with the service makes me question if we'll go back. If you do go, I suggest you ask to be served by someone other than our (comparatively older) waitress.
