If I could I'd give galsso and his front desk people 0 stars absolutely HORRIBLE!

5 YRS ago I went in because I was pregnant and after 2 months he fired me as a patient and said it was because I was rude to the front desk and him because I ASKED TOO MANY QUESTIONS! Also he told me i had to go some where else to get a full ultra sound (i forgwt the medical term) exam because I'm a gigh risk pregnancy... so i went and they said they ssend the results to Dr galsso he never gave me the results....Excuse me but 1st pregnancy where are my results? And YES I'm going to have tons of questions and second type front desk would hand me paperwork and say sign this 0 explanation as to what I'm signing so yes I asked what's this why do I need to sign this. That isn't rude that's getting info cause I'm not about to sign my life away or some thing...

5 yes later I go for a breast examination and front desk told me because of 5 yrs prior I am for ever band from that facility ALTHOUGH I'm scheduled to see a DIFFERENT doctor

I highly advise you NOT TO GO TO DR. GALSSO !

Dr. Galasso has delivered two of my three children and has been my obstetrician for the past 4 years. He is extremely professional, attentive, kind, and understanding. He voices his professional opinion in a way that helps you feel at ease and comfortable. We love him!

Dr Galasso is good but the front office staff is absolutely horrendous. I called Today to see about scheduling an appointment with him and the lady says it’s been a long time since I’ve been there last and I’m technically considered a new patient and his next opening isn’t for another 6 months!! I then ask if there is another doctor available soon she says “we don’t transfer patients to other doctors” I ask then what should I do? She says look somewhere else… what! You guys are willingly wanting to lose patients like this? I’m absolutely shocked . Think before coming here

I delivered my daughter with Dr. Galasso back in 2018, He makes you feel very calm and comfortable especially with the nerves us first moms get. He educated me the entire pregnancy and prepared me for a healthy birth. We ended up having a c-section and I was impressed with the care I received before during and after. I am 1 year and a half postpartum and haven’t had any physically issues from the surgery! thank you for the providing me the proper resources to guide me through my pregnancy and delivering a healthy baby girl !!

12 years ago 2011-2012 Dr Galasso made sure I was in great hands during my pregnancy and even after care at age 15, I am so thankful for him making sure I gave birth naturally after 3 days of labor a nurse came in and said I would have to have a c-section, he walked in right on time and said “No,she’s not, she’s to young & she can do this”

Now I’m a mom of 4 all vaginally delivered.
