PNC Bank

Branch banker Bryan Quiroz was extremely unprofessional. I decided to give this bank a second shot after their service was horrible. As soon as I walked in I felt a passive aggressive welcome. I needed a debit card same day for important matters and he denied me. Later when I called I was told that he didn't believe me... I verified my data and provided ID! He took one look at my ID and gave it back and refused to help me. Is it because I'm Hispanic? I knew coming back was a huge mistake.

I was referred to open an account by my dad. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the front desk and welcomed. I immediately felt like I mattered. The manager Eunice came and introduced herself to me and checked how my experience was. Mauricio opened my account and he was so personal. Thank you for a great banking experience. Highly recommended.
