Muy mal hotel . Mal servicio para check in , dicen que te incluye desayuno y no tienen desayuno . Los cuartos sucios y no tienen elevador .

No me ha gustado nada este hotel, me ´hundía en la cama, las cucharillas y vasos del servicio de té sucia ( en dos habitaciones distintas) y el desayuno estando perdido de la mano de Dios el más caro de todos los hoteles que hemos recorrido, casi 12 libras y lo vimos y era pobre para ese precio

No Elevator / No tiene elevador

Overhaul of premise is needed. Pure Shame to the Wyndham name. Never should blood be on the walls of rooms. Never should there be any smears on rooms claimed to be cleaned. Just because facility is not new does not mean that it should lack pride in its service. An inexpensive room should not mean dirt or filth. Our trip had taken much longer than we expected and the DaysInn was across the highway from a dinner we stopped to eat. Had we not been so very tired I would have packed my very ill husband back and left. Never did we imagine the state of the place behind the Wyndham name. Is there no one to supervise the state a hotel is run under your banner?

My friends were getting married a few minutes from the hotel so I decided to get a room for the night instead of driving back to Baltimore. I reserved the room via phone directly from the hotel 4 days prior. The person on the phone was very friendly . Check in time was 3pm. Because the wedding started at 345, we arrived a few minutes early. When I say a few, it was literally 245. I waled in the lobby and it was a ghost town. Nobody around. I stood at the desk for 10 minutes and nothing. Another patron walked in and she said she hadn't seen anyone in 30 minutes. As I was getting ready to call them on the phone, an employee walks down the hall wearing rubber gloves. He says are you here to check in? I said yes sir. I have a reservation. It's now just about 3pm, the advertised check in time. He says oh, there are no rooms ready yet. I said what I have to be at a wedding in 45 minutes and we need to get ready. As I am walking away , another employee comes in who I am guessing is the manager. The first guy calls me over and said oh I think your room is ready. So I pay and the guy gives me my room key. I ask for a receipt and he says their printer is broken. So we go to the room to hurry up and get ready. We open the door and the first thing that greets us is a very strong odor of cigarette smoke. I start to look around the room and I say where is the TV? Apparently it was broke or the last guy stole it because all we had in our room was a cable cord and no TV. |So the next thing I notice is that all of the trash cans had trash in them from previous guests. I look at the beds and they were sloppily made making me wonder if the sheets were even changed. Now go in the bathroom and there were used toiletries still on the counter. There were no towels at all in the bathroom or anywhere in the room. I opened the fridge and there was Coors Light in there which I didn't mind cuz I needed one to take edge off after seeing this room. I am pretty sure they didn't even clean the room before giving it to us. As we were leaving for the wedding I stopped at front desk and asked where our TV was. He acted shocked that it was missing. You would thinbk when we returned that it would be there, nope. Overall I'd give the place zero stars if I could. I got an ocean front room with a balcony and full kitchen in Ocean City for the same price recently that I pad for my stay last night. Everything was terrible from the staff the day of my arrival to the room. Pay the extra money and stay at one of the other rooms in the area.

Positive: Didnt Negative: Unclean rooms, someone was in my room when I was not there because I taped a piece of tape on bottom of door to see if someone was before I got back. Stunk of weed and cigarette smoke. Dirty

First got there the service did not seem like they wanted to be there. The pool was closed, and it looks like it's been closed for some time from other reviews. The place was gross carpet needed to be cleaned, and in the room, the lamp shades had mold/ dirt on them. Weird smell as you walk in. The bed was hard. I guess if you need a place to stay it's could work. The water was slimy when you shower, almost like the soap would not come off. The breakfast was slim, and not much was put into it. So we went out to get breakfast. For the price, I'd say it needs to be cheaper, but like I said, it's ok for a night. You can hear traffic outside as well. I'm not sure about it but the sheets had a smoke smell to it like they clean the sheets from a smoking room and put it in a no smoking room or it could just be the cleaning stuff I'm not sure.
