Why are two escalators going up, when the third doesn't work and rush hour is coming into the station.

The elevator isn't even working today.

It's been like this for days and I just watch
ed elderly people risk life and limb to get down the escalator @ 6:45 a.m.

Is this malicious, bc the station manager was rude, dismissive, and upset that I dared to bring it up to him bc he "isn't the tech".

When we first moved here my daughter caught COVID-19 and I was sick too off y'all transportation. The busses are always dirty with no air conditioning. My daughter is sick again after being on a bus with no air conditioning and has a headache. Detained me and my child while carrying an air conditioner on the train we purchased from Target.

I have to use this station to catch a shuttle bus to Addison Road Metro Station to catch a P12 bus to Eastover. The shuttle service is fast and the buses are frequent.
The sidewalk is blocked with signs. The regular buses have long waiting times. The street elevator was not working and neither was the down escalator working, therefore you had to walk down the escalator to access the Metro Rail.
The Shuttle buses are located at the far end of the station (street), so if you have mobility issues, this could be a problem. But I have noticed that the drivers are more considerate than the regular bus operators. All the off and on, up and down, walking and rushing is just too much for me at times. I wish it was a much better way for my commutes.

The trains do not run frequently enough- even at rush hour.
The stations close too early- especially on New Years Eve and during other special events where you might want extended hours.

Inshaa Allah fear Allah that's all that matters & always expect the unexpected🤦🏽‍♂️. Just stay on point(be aware of ur surroundings) @all times & keep ur head off the swivel🤷🏽‍♂️. Having headphones in ur ears will distract u from ur surroundings🤦🏽‍♂️. Stay focused inshallah☮💪🏾💙💯🕋🛐🛐🛐🛐🛐😇
