Old hotel, they have free breakfast on weekends with paid room. Seems like a lot of riff raff going on. Room is good size not cheap for ontario. 2 bed rm on weekends is 110. They don't have weekly rates. Condition, pretty shabby. The door is pretty jacked up, been pryed open. The bathroom door looks used, who ever cut it doesn't know how to use a saw. The faucet is loose. Not holiday inn.

We stayed there a few nights ago. Super convenient location right off of the 60 freeway and near the airport as we had an early flight. Service was nice, they helped accommodate my dog. If you're looking for a relax place where employees were super nice with great pricing and rooms, I recommend.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. The night time staff is decent, just took a long time to check in and we were the only guests there. The first room they put us in had caution tape at the top of the stairs so we weren’t even able to access our room, not to mention the very large semi truck that was running right outside the window. The next room, we were actually able to get into, I pulled back the covers and cockroaches went running in every direction. So we immediately proceeded back to the lobby to get a refund. During all of this, there were some unwanted people sitting outside, coming and going. I was able to see into one room as we drove out of there and it appeared to be a flop house/room with approximately 10 people inside.
Mind you, this is approximately midnight at this time. Now the refund will take approximately 1 month to show up on my card.
Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone- even my worst enemies.

I stayed the night because I was having surgery the next day. I thought the location was ok for a man, but not up to par for a wife that is used to a higher quality hotel. I was glad to be close to the hospital, and the bed was comfortable. I felt it was a four star hotel.

I stayed at the Country inn in Onterio Ca. I would not recommend it to anyone. Upon arrival i was asked to stay in a different room than the one i Booked, if i wanted the a different room i would have booked the other kind, she didnt say why she wanted to put me in it but im guessing from all the kids around and the ones playing football outfront in the parking lt they needed the one I booked, I overheard something about a soccer tournament or game. I took the smaller room just so i could get into it i just had driven 6.5 hrs in LA traffic. Was exspecting to hear the kids all nite because i did hear them in the hallway for awile but i didnt after about 10pm. The place is not a quility place in my opinion, there was alot of broken tiles on the floor in the lobby area and i also noticed quit a few in the at the elevator entrances. My room had a funky smell but not enough to try and hassel another room, i got use to it. There was multiple broken/cracked tile in the restroom as well, the scary part was the crack in the rimm of the toilet, as i sat i was crazy nervous that it was going to collapse and id get all cut up from it, could you imagine calling for help (if i could get to the phon) and have to have people come to me from the toilet collapse. The bed wasnt bad pretty comfortable i guess. Over all from the lobby then my room didnt have a good clean feeling. The breakfast the next morning was gross, water eggs and rubber sausage, should have opt for the dry cereal but didnt typical 2 star hotal breakfast. Was a little nervouse because all the parking in the front was full so parked in back and there was a several homeless people around so bit nervous from that. I real problem i had was there "policy" I had booked my stay for 4 nights for work though rewards on my credit card and paid for it, I got my work done early and was checking out 2 days early so the night before i left i asked about it and was told no problem they would refund it to my card but I had to do it through my card which i did and called them, The lady called the hotel to verify and the lady said no problem but had to do it through the hotal manager and had to call after i checked out. Exactly what I did but guess what NOW its not the policy to refund if i leave early, after i was told it was no problem. My credit card travel talked to the Manager and same thing, so now aftr i check out and they can rebook my room to somebody else and get the revenue twice because I left early and no refunds for me. DIRTY CROOKEDD & DISHONEST. The manager could have worked with me on it because i will be returning to area in a month but insteed wanted to be hard nose. So now they will loose the revenue from my next trip to area and the neg review here and other sites and all the pepole im in contact with in my travels and friends and family, They loose MUCH more than if the would have worked with me or just refunded they days I didnt use, VERY poor "Policy" and management, Ther are multiply other better scale Hotels in the immediate area that will get my future and friends business. I really wish i would have takin pics but didnt think of it till after.

It was nice at first but when you entered the room the floor was sticky. My father said it was most likely cigarette burns even tho the room was a NO SMOKING ROOM!. Room 116
It smells like musty cigarettes in bleach.
The beds were nice but had some spots but nothing too bad bathroom had crap on the wall behind the toilet and the toilet never stopped running water. Frige was okay but the freezer had so much ice build-up Don't unplug it or it will flood.

If you have young ones please find some ware better hope this helps.

I was in town for a show and had a pleasant experience ...the rooms are very nice for the low price and they serve breakfast in the morning. Would stay there again.
