What an amazing experience I had today, 7/31. Lily was so helpful! She had different styles and sizes ready to go for me at my dressing room and was right there to assist with fit, recommendation and feedback. I found the most amazing pair of jeans, well 2 and a purse too! I usually hate to try on clothes anymore with a busy lifestyle, but this was beyond 💯 experience! The other lady there (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name) was so positive, welcoming and made me feel beautiful! I love this store and would highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff is overbearing and honestly annoying. When I'm trying to shop I don't like to be pestered multiple times throughout my visit. IF I AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHIMG SPECIFIC I WILL TELL YOU. It's difficult to shop when you have a sales clerk practically breathing down you and your boyfriends neck. I usually love the buckle but this experience was not a good one. I can see why people chose to online shop rather than physically go into the store. They also try and push their sales (which aren't even sales) on you constantly. Y'all need to do better.

My sister and I came in to try on jeans and we didn’t end up buying anything but the customer service was impeccable. Nathan and Lily helped us out and they did an incredible job.

Good store, and a friendly staff. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I went in only looking for shoes and they were trying to push me to buy a whole new outfit. I get that they know the product but I don’t really care to know about product that I’m not currently needing.

Ive got to say I was helped by the nicest manager of all time! Amy was amazing! I had ordered the wrong size shorts for my daughter and she needed them for that day! I called the Pocatello store and amy went to the rack and got the size we needed.. when my daughter got there her shorts were waiting! Just the way she spoke you knew she loved her job! We will definitely shop here forever! Thankyou Amy!

Ok so, my experience was probably the best experience I’ve had at a store in this town. The customer service was amazing, the clothes are high quality and cheap, and there’s nice selection. I was looking through reviews and most of what I found were people being douchebags and complaining that they’re too poor to afford a pair of 60$ jeans. Just cause you think a place is too expensive you don’t have to leave a bad review. 10/10 shop here all the time

If I could put zero stars I would cause the Pocatello branch doesn’t even deserve one!! My husband wore his new jeans two times and it ripped in the pockets and multiple spots on the leg. So we took them back in and they took them and sewed them and patched where needed, not the best looking job but thought it would do. Then he wore them one more time and they started fraying again and made an ever bigger hole. So not even wearing there jeans a handful of times and it’s sad how expensive they are for very poor quality. Okay but to top it off I take them back in and the lady was so rude trying to sale me new pants and we told her we just wanted them fixed cause they have a lifetime fix policy thing. She said I can’t do that and we asked why not and her response is you just need to buy a new pair. And refused to fix our pants. Worst customer service hands down and I will never be coming back to this store. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY POCATELLO LOCATION
