My child was intentionally hit in the face by an adult who was jumping, and when the kids told an employee she said there was nothing they could do because I signed a waiver. Where in the waiver does it say assault is okay? I contacted them multiple times and was ignored. I filed a police report, and the officer confirmed that it was in fact assault. Geronimos would not respond to me so the officer went there. The staff at Geronimos couldn't provide any video footage because it was too 'blurry'.
Kids should be safe when they are there!

It’s dingy everywhere, needs to be deep cleaned. The bathroom doors have a layer of black on them. It had exposed wood near the basketball trampolines. If you fall near the edges of the air ups there is a huge gap and almost no protection.

You guys suck two days in a row that you guys have made us go home because of max capacity. You have to sign up online if you want to even get in. When we went and we’re about to sign up but they said that it was at max when nobody was even there.

I love Geronimo's Trampoline Park! The kids have so much fun and get to burn off lots of energy. The staff are courteous, kind and helpful!

We live close by and the kids are able to ride their bikes to their location. We usually get the summer pass and they can jump an hour every day if they want to. The staff is always very friendly and it is clean. Highly recommend.

Very rude employees! My son has autism and we had problem wearing the proper socks on him. We had the same socks from the other place we went yesterday, and the girl at the entrance (blond with blue eyes) was so rude and telling us that the socks are not the same, and that we need exactly these socks that they have. We left right after not even getting inside. If you have kids with autism or something like that, don’t waste your time coming here. I wish I could put zero starts to this place.

My grandson loves this place. He's there every weekend. Please put a sign on your ATM that it's not working. It held my card hostage for 15 minutes. Thank you to the staff who finally got it out for me.
