Dr. Heilbron has been a wonderful doctor for my 85 year old mother! When another surgeon showed no interest in taking care of the issue, we were referred to Dr. Heilbron who was professional, caring, communicated respectfully and clearly about the procedure and what it entailed. He completed the surgery, no complications, communicated right after surgery, shared follow up instructions. We were very satisfied with our experience. He had a great bedside manner, very personable, and helpful, as is Theresa, the office manager. Would recommend this doctor!

I wish there was a lower star rating. It should be in the negative.

Arrogance at its finest!!!

If you are suffer from a very minor injury or something a Boy Scout could fix he’s your man! Any review that is positive never trusted him with a serious issue and never let him perform surgery on them.

If you have a real issue and ask a question expect to be belittled and forced into an outdated surgery style.

If you deal with any anxiety or neurodivergence expect to be manipulated and gaslit into thinking he is correct.

DO NOT LET HIM!!!

He is an unskilled surgeon and will leave you with nerve damage and nothing repaired.

STAY AWAY.

I have to say this is the worse doctor I have come across my entire life.
Completely wasted two weeks of my time. Too lazy to actually do some work and as soon as you start asking questions he seems to get annoyed.
Very disappointed in Mauricio!

I waited 2 months to post this review in the hopes that the doctor would contact me or at least check up on me and that has still not happened. Came to see the doctor for leg pain. Was sent for a ultrasound and then was pushed to get injections. While giving me injections he realized I was in pain and then told me it was all in my head. I reminded him that that was the reason I was here in the first place was to treat my painful legs. But he continued on and said that I was jaded from my Google searches and talking to people that had the injections done. He wasn't listening to me at all. I was sobbing in the appointment and was still crying when I walked out. I do not recommend this doctor he is only out for the money. With no thought or concern for the patient. Also during the few injections he gave me he did not even put on gloves. Very unprofessional. I will also be making a complaint to the medical board. There is truly nothing like going to see a doctor for a specific problem and being told it's all in your head.
