The male currently working in this store is extremely rude. I placed an order on the 7/11 app and my order was marked as picked up as soon as it showed ready for pick up. I called the store to confirm that my order was still there and the employee told me I cannot pickup.
He claimed there was an order but would not elaborate. So I asked him if my specific order was ready and he said no. He then said there were only two of the items.
I figured maybe he was confused on what the difference between delivery and pick up meant so I told him that I will be coming to pick it up and I just need to know if it is available which he then said "no". After this very confusing conversation I had enough and asked politely to speak to another person if possible and he hung up on me. This store and the employee does not care about you, your money spent in store or on the app and they do not care to help at all. Now I cannot get a refund and cannot pickup my products because the employee marked it as picked up already and is playing games about my order. Good luck if you choose to use this store.

Whoever thought customer service was dead?!? Not here, every associate that I have encountered at this location is friendly, welcoming and fast. You think you’re just stopping in for something quick or gas, but get a pleasant interaction and leave with a smile on your face. Thanks Guys it hasn’t gone unnoticed.

This 7/11 is too small and it's is not the cleanest. Also, slurpee day at this location is the worst...kids only have one flavor option and we cannot even get it ourselves...made slurpee day a real bummer!

Weirdly good pizza! Tastes like the cafeteria pizza that everyone claims to have loved, but if they knew I'm sure more people would be going to 7/11 for pizza.
