We rented 6 kayaks for a 2 hour period when the tide would be at its highest. Parking at the Ogunquit Hotel and Suites was easy. We had our pick of life jackets and we were disappointed that the cell phone waterproof protectors available were all broken so left my cell behind. The guide briefed us on what to expect in each of the directions out into the marshes and how strong the tide was (not strong). We really enjoyed our time paddling up and down as we saw a couple of large herons, lots of Canada Geese, some sandpipers and fish. It was a perfect day with no serious wind and clear, clean water.

Very disappointed in the extremely limited availability of the kayaking times. And the attitude of the contact person/ owner.
I understand the tides in this area- been visiting for 20 years. However to limit the kayaking schedule to just one hour a day seems ridiculous. I asked the owner if we could go during the second hour instead of the first and received a blunt no. He said “Early to get the kayak gets it. Get it?”
Not happy customer here.

Nice rental operation with high tide access to the salt marsh. Best enjoyed when the tides are big so you can take your time. If you move quick you can go north and squeeze under the bridge and enjoy some solitude with marsh birds and other critters. Wait long enough and you won't have to fight the current on the way back.

My friend (a first time kayaker) and I enjoyed a wonderful paddle on a tandem kayak! The information on the website was very helpful in finding the location and the owner was extremely friendly and informative about the area and paddling options. Our kayak was comfortable and easy to use throughout our time on the water. I would recommend this kayak rental company to anyone looking for a calm and scenic one or two hour paddle. I look forward to trying an SUP next time I am in the area!

A great experience, ran like a well oiled machine! Placed our reservation online and received an email confirmation with detailed instructions on what to do on arrival. The guys running it were very nice and super efficient. It was a great area to kayak.

Our family has been coming here for the past six years, and it is always a highlight of our summer. They have a great selection of kayaks and paddle boards, and their launching spot is perfect for an excursion to footbridge beach or beyond. The team is friendly, enthusiastic and does a great job getting folks out on the water in a timely and efficient manner. We would highly recommend ‘World Within.’

My wife and I wanted to try kayaking while we were in Maine and this looked like a great place to learn. The river current and wind were working against us going out to the bridge and then in our favor coming back. We paid for an hour which was long enough for us novice beginners. The long grass that lines the river makes for a very unique and appealing view. It is a little hard to find, just park on the north side of the hotel and walk around by the pool and you will see the life jackets and kayaks by the river. They are only open at high tide which was around 12:45 pm for us.
