Terrible terrible lugar , sucio , mala atención , mal olor , viejo , mal aseado , sin sábanas , sin cobijas. Por favor que esta sea su última opción al momento de ir a pasar una noche o más y menos si van con sus familias . Primero llegamos con mi hijas y mi esposa después de un largo viaje huyendo del huracán Milton desde florida y cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación que no era la que habíamos reservado, y no solo eso también tenía una alfombra sucia , manchada , olorosa , y la habitación tenía un aroma a sucia .

Nos cambiaron a una habitación un poco mejor pero al momento de pedir unas cobijas y sábanas nos dijeron que no tenían limpias y que debían lavar . Obviamente con una empleada era muy complicado atender a los huéspedes , obviamente nunca llegaron con las cobijas ni sábanas .
En fin decidimos irnos por qué no podíamos quedarnos ahí siendo un lugar tan sucio y tan mal administrado. Por favor si van que sea por pura necesidad .

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE if you are looking for the standards of the name on the building. 🛑 I have pictures to prove everything.🛑 The room had dirty stained carpet. There was also paint on the carpet. I would not walk barefooted on this carpet. 🛑 The worst Stay I ever had at a Wyndham. I have to ask myself Will I Ever Trust the NAME AGAIN. 🛑 The lamp shade was broke and laying sideways the first night. The second night it was totally gone. 🛑 There was painters blue tape on floor between the bedroom an bathroom, because there was a space of raw concrete. 🛑 There was a dead roach with spiderwebs on it in my room, in plain site. There was a live roach in hallway. I was not the only one to see this. 🛑The carpet in hallway had come apart at the seam. It was easy to trip on since it went across the width of the hallway. The hallway had trash on the floor dental pick plus more. 🛑 When returning to room the heater had been turned off. My question is Why. I needed a warm room to return to. 🛑 The way the bed was made I'm sure was not to the standards of Wyndham. 🛑 The breakfast was of the lowest standards . GREEN EGGS REALLY. 🛑 Not sure of what kind of meat was being served. Not sure about what type of coffee very bitter not hot. Instant girts No way to cook. Styrofoam bowls and plates. Others was standing there just looking like what happen to the breakfast. After a conversation with others we agreed Chick-fil-A was going to be our safest way for a meal. 🛑 SHAME on Wyndham of LaGrange GA FOR RENTING THIS ROOM. SHAME ON Wyndham for not making sure STANDERS are Keep Up. I did inform the front desk. She asked my room number. When i told her eyes opened wide. She said she would let them know. She also said they don't care, but when reservations stop they will care. She also said she here's this alot. She also agreed about the carpet, so they knew the condition and still rented room. PLEASE WYNDHAM GET YOUR STANDARDS BACK. UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT IS COSTING YOUR COMPANY RATING TO DROP. 🛑🛑 PLEASE CONTACT FOR PICTURES.

Honestly it wasn't a bad stay, my room as very clean. The hotel just needs updated, all the sockets in my room wouldn't even hold a plug in except one that no one would really use to plug in their phone. Bed was comfy enough.

Very nice place. The sundry had wonderful options for snacks, hygiene products , and otc cold and pain relievers. The only downside was the ac/heater was slow to come on and was loud. We ended up not using it at all. The room was spacious and clean. I would recommend.

Positive: Our entertainment objective was only about 20 miles away. The driving directions were very easy to get there. This hotel was great and the price was about one half or less than staying in the town of the objective. This was a repeat trip for us. Negative: ""

I got a good night sleep in a clean comfortable room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of space with adequate amenities. The staff were very cordial and efficient. The breakfast appeared to be more than adequate. This was my first time at a Wingate and I would stay again.

The pillows are a little too fluffy for me. The air conditioner rattled and seemed to have humidity brought in from outside. Room was comfortable and clean. Overall a pleasant stay. Convenient location for our needs while in Lagrange. Price for rooms ate reasonable.
