Been coming multiple times a year and absolutely love this place. The fishing in the area is fantastic and the staff is really nice and helpful. The power outlets by the old fish cleaning station needs to be repaired though, they haven’t worked the last couple of trips and that makes it difficult to charge boat batteries!

This used to be my all time favorite place to take my children. I have been there over 7 times. In fact my original review is posted on the website. I have just come back from another trip there. We rented two cabins and two golf carts this time totaling almost $2,000 only to be very upset by what it has become. The whole 4 days we were there the paddle boats floated all over the pond unsecured to the dock made to get in them easily, my family took the pontoon paddle boat out only for the chain to pop off and leave them stranded, my deaf son didn’t know and the last night there he took a different one and got stranded out so far I had to find someone with a boat to go rescue him. The water bikes and pontoon paddle boats are all messed up. Chains don’t stay on causing it to stop working. The storm poured all the muddy water into the pool so we didn’t have the only 6ft pool there to use as well. The water park is nice but not much for teenagers. We stayed in cabin 13 and 20 and the king size bed in 13 felt like a piece of plywood with a blanket on it. Definitely not worth $2,000 and sad to say we probably will not be returning!

My husband and I took our 5 year old grandson for a last quick summer getaway before school starts. Best decision ever!!! We had the best time. The cabin was perfect. The golf cart rental was a great decision. We had a great time with him, but look forward to going back just the two of us.

This is by far the cleanest coolest facility I’ve ever visited. The staff is awesome! My family enjoyed every minute of this visit. Everything is so well maintained. There is so much to do. The entire visit was fun. Lots of entertainment for the small children.

We visit Toledo Bend every spring with our extended family. This year we decided to try out a new location and we are loving our experience. We have kids here ranging in age from 4-9 and they are all having a blast. My son has spent all of his birthdays on this lake and this is by far the best one yet. They have fun animals to visit with, peddle boats, kayaks, mini playground areas for the kids throughout the property, and the best part is their covered dock. We have had great luck fishing out there. The cabins have a rustic feel, but they are clean and well maintained. We are so glad we took a chance on anew place this spring. I have a feeling this will become out new fishing spot every year.

Awesome family experience from the animals to the water park. Our cabin was clean and quiet. I love the amenities available and that the shop has a wide variety of things from fishing poles to s’mores kits. This park is geared towards family fun in a beautiful location. The staff were all friendly and you can tell that the manager Noah takes great pride in making sure he goes above and beyond for the guests and the local community.

First time visiting this place very nice and peaceful. Fishing was great they also had access to kayaks and other things. Very beautiful place in the evening on the dock. The cabins was very cozy and clean only thing is the bed was a little hard other then that it was very nice.
