The last message I plan to send to Westgate: This about covers my "concerns". I will never attempt to do business with Westgate again. You should think twice before choosing Westgate.

I am sure this decision was made at a higher level so please understand that this isn’t personal. However, it is truly a shame that you will not stand behind the messaging provided by your team members. I was told by two different representatives that the expiration dates would be extended due to the pandemic. It is also a dreadful shame that you didn’t even offer some sort of consideration. For instance, you could have said………. “May we offer you a discount for a stay at the resort so that you don’t leave empty handed?! Better yet, “how about we refund the amount of the voucher or the amount you paid for the voucher”? You didn’t even apologize for the misinformation I was provided! You also mischaracterized it by saying, “MY OCONCERN!” Seriously? This is hugely disappointing. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income now. I had such high hopes of visiting with my 7-year-old grandson who will be here in a few weeks. This is heart breaking for me as I paid hard earned money for this vacation voucher that will never happen. It is no wonder that you have a 3.5 Google rating, as it is abundantly clear that your company is not interested in providing good customer.

While I would love to applaud the company for their good work for the foundation, but let’s all be honest and grasp that the only reason there is a foundation is for the tax write-offs earned by the owner. They need every penny they can save so they can finally finish Versailles!

Worst company ever don’t book with them you will be disappointed. I’m still waiting on my refund from last year. I was told at first bc I purchased my room and Disney tickets through one of their third party companies (who they have arrangements with) that they couldn’t refund me my money for tickets and a room with them I never got. After speaking with the manager Alex from the third Five Star Resort Marketing which is from what I was told a tourist company Westgate use, I was told that the lady Nichole who I setup my trip with for a party of 9 people is an independent contractor. Since I’ve asked for my refund I have yet to receive it. I was told these independent contractors with this third party company are allowed to pocket the money they get from customers who setup tours for Westgate and the refund is given when and if the independent contractor can give it back. I’ve never heard of any mess like this. I’m in NC this particular Westgate is in FL. On the paperwork I received via text from Nichole even stated that Westgate would refund me for the tour deposit which I still haven’t received. Nichole has had my money since June of 2019 I asked for my refund the first of November 2019. Still no money I was told by a Westgate Administrative Assistant as of January 9th that my refund was sent via certified mail as of today the 20th still no certified letter/check etc.

Their customer service is horrible... Do you guys even train the people you hire? Do you not have a quality assurance department to listen to these calls? They transfer members to all different departments. Some of these departments are closed. I never went through this when I had to pay a bill. JUST THE WORSE. DO NOT PURCHASE A TIMESHARE FROM WESTGATE AND IF YOU BOOK A STAY AT THEIR HOTEL, BE PREPARED TO BE HARASSED TO PURCHASE A TIMESHARE!!!

Really HORRIBLE costumer service..... Not to mention the ROACHES as you walking inside the ROOMS. Also the area between shower and toilet underneath the floor tiles is always WET due to the water coming up. I had to be moved 3 times to different rooms with the same ISSUES...... UNACCEPTABLE and TOTALLY lack of maintenance and PESTCONTROL.
