Very disappointing. My husband and I were looking for a hotel to stay in Orlando that would be closer to Universal, cheap, and good. His uncle shared this to us and we were very excited. When we arrived in Orlando the place looked amazing. Starbucks, restaurants and so many activities. The next day we said yes to a presentation of 90 min with these cool offers and so on. We were already told that whatever they offer us, just say no. At the end of the presentation, you will receive some cool gifts. My husband and I decided to go because how bad it could be.... SO SO BADD!

When we arrived, they asked us to sign a waiver or something and add how much is our Salary. My Husband added 2k and I added 5k per month. First of all, my husband was the one who checked in and did the deposit and everything for our stay. We were both expecting to listen for his name, but they called out my name. The person who called me was very sweet and took us upstairs and so many people were talking with these "Salespeople". From afar we could hear someone with a microphone congratulating some guests. My husband and I were a bit shocked by the food options that they offered. It was queso, Tostitos, backed beans, hotdogs, hotdog buns, and mashed potatoes. And all of this, we could tell it's been sitting there for a while. The fountain drinks were empty and we only had water. We kept it chill and just went on with it.

After finishing eating that's where it went downhill. This person kept looking at me only at me and ignored my husband the whole time. The presentation was good, but when my husband asked a question the person answered so rude. telling him "If you would have been paying attention I would have not gone through all of this again". Later, I kept telling them no, But they insisted and insisted till I had to explain my deep family issues. But they kept asking me "But what is stopping you from buying from us". That's when I could tell that they do not care about your well-being and or how you feel. They only want your money. My Husband told this person his dad was going through cancer and just ignored him and kept asking me why I couldn't say yes. It was pretty messed up for me.

In the end, when the man that signed off for us he was pretty funny and kind of made things better, BUT I thought it was stupid that they told us we could not go back within 3 years and if we wanted to go back we would have to pay $300+ a month.

My husband and I realized that all the people that they are congratulating were people who said yes. I felt bad for them.

All these are time shared and so much money spent for something that will never be yours. Later after our honeymoon, we found out that my husbands uncles mom had been trying to sell it off for years, but they had so many excuses to not let her sell her house.

This was a very bad experience. The 1/5 star is for the room. That was the only nice thing we had. other than that, It was so bad the customer service, food, and the environment.

Disappointed and Deceived - Not Worth the Money

I feel compelled to share my experience with this condo resort, even though it has been a few years since my last stay in 2015. My intention is to provide an honest review and warn potential guests about the resort's misleading practices.

When we initially purchased our timeshare, we were promised the ability to stay at the resort every two years. The idea of having a relaxing vacation spot to return to regularly seemed appealing. However, our enthusiasm quickly waned when we realized the true cost of ownership.

First and foremost, the financial burden is significant. We are required to pay $185 every month, which adds up to a substantial amount over the years. On top of that, the maintenance fees of $850 make it even more expensive. While we understood there would be costs associated with maintenance, the amount seemed disproportionately high.

To make matters worse, when I called to book a stay for December, I was informed that I had three weeks available. However, I was then told that in order to utilize those weeks, I needed to pay an additional $800 upfront as maintenance fees. This new requirement caught me completely off guard and left me feeling deceived.

Furthermore, the restrictions on using the timeshare during holidays only added insult to injury. It felt like the resort was finding ways to limit our usage and extract more money from us. The whole experience left a bitter taste in my mouth and made me question the value of the investment.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against wasting your hard-earned money on this condo resort. The deceptive practices, exorbitant fees, and restrictions on usage make it an unattractive option for anyone seeking a hassle-free vacation. There are likely better alternatives available that offer more transparency and flexibility.

I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential buyers and helps them make an informed decision.

I really enjoy our stay in this hotel with my family, the suite are clean, spacious, updated,quite, 7 minutes from Universal Studios, with anything you need in a home including washer and dryer and supplies. We will definitely go back.🙂🥰

They won't give you the address to send a letter to rescind your contract within 10 days. You'll be waiting 15 days for them to give you the address to rescind the contract. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME... TRY ASKING THEM FOR THE ADDRESS TO WHICH YOU WOULD SEND A RESCISSION LETTER RIGHT NOW. They will give you 17 excuses as to why they don't know the address of their own corporate office.

Loved it! The suite was beautiful and the parking was convenient. We could cook in our suite with a lovely kitchenette, do laundry and they had a dishwasher. They had a large pool, a restaurant downstairs and bar! There were activites to keep the kids busy and paddle boating. This is the best place I have ever stayed at. Conveniently located in a very nice part of Orlando where the sky flyer was in view! The spot is amazing at night..and they even had fireworks in the sky the one of the nights I stayed. There are so many people there but it's not crowded or obnoxious. There is plenty of room. You don't hear any other people while your in your suite, it's so peaceful! I can't say enough about this place. I would stay again and again!
