Due to their inability to read Veteran/Military paperwork, this City Hall has no idea what Veterans are and does not support them even after the fact. These positions should be refilled to better serve the people and the public. Another aging and confused office that is virtually useless.

Renting apartment that uses West Melbourne utilities to supply water.
Very, very toxic. Hard water is not ingestible and I will not use to drink or wash hair. Filtered clean water can only be supplied for homeowners, not renting. Using faucet filters, are too risky because it is the same nasty water. I pay utilities because of renting policy, but will never request this city water within my future home in the state of Florida. Please clean up public water, it is disgusting.

Beyond disappointed with the water department in the City of West Melbourne with their customer service. No courtesy whatsoever to a customer of over 15 years with 2 properties that I have an account with. Cannot believe the lack of care or understanding that they have.

On recycle day they didn't empty my recycle can all the way and this has happened more than once I called that day and every day after until the weekend and somebody told me everyday that they would be by to re pick it up and they haven't yet. Let's just say I can't go a whole week without my recycle bin being emptied they even claimed that they emptied it and they never even drove by
