This was our first stay at Water Walk. We were treated kindly and the front desk manager, April, was very nice and hospitable. The manager of the Water Walk Deveney Whitley, was able to make our stay comfortable and he also helped me feel that this was home while I was in a transition to closing on my home. From the smooth check-in process to their attentiveness to our needs, they have truly made our stay pleasant and stress-free. I love the room set-up and the washer and dryers are a very good amenity.

I encountered an issue during my 19-day stay at the hotel. From the very first day, there were attempts to charge my credit card, and I was not the only one affected; my brother and two friends experienced the same problem. We were informed that there were errors during the payment process, and we were told that the amount would be refunded to our accounts, but we needed to pay again.

It is well known that it takes time for funds to return to the account, which caused me some inconvenience. Nevertheless, the manager was very kind and tried to assist me in resolving the issue.

After I checked out, there were continued attempts to charge my card, as well as those of my brother and friends, for four consecutive days. When we inquired at the hotel, they assured us that these attempts would not happen again, but unfortunately, the issue persisted on the second and third days following our checkout.

Regrettably, two days after my friend left the hotel, a charge was made to his credit card without any prior notice, which added to our frustration.

I would like to alert others to this experience, as it was uncomfortable and negatively impacted my stay.

Me and my man had a fantastic stay at Waterwalk. The room and location were absolutely perfect, it made us feel like we were right at home. The staff were also incredibly friendly. We will definitely be coming back. 20/20

I was on a business trip and had to find a place to stay in Atlanta. The location was perfect, and the staff were extremely accommodating. The room was well-designed, and the layout was perfect. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked. The entire facility was clean, and the design/layout was well thought out.

The only reason it was not five stars is the following:
- Pillows were flat like they had been used for 50 years
- Multiple parking spaces had rebar sticking out from where somebody had destroyed the concrete blocker (not their fault, but it would easily mess up a car if somebody were not paying attention).
- When turning on, heaters would sound like a jet engine going off in the room. I did not mind it, but some people might complain so I figured I would add it here.

I will start by saying this room is very clean and I like how it has a washer and dryer. If you are going to stay here, keep your card locked these people are the people are Thiefs . Booked room for a week which came out to 939 $100 Incidental fee included. 2 days later they took $200 off my card And couldn’t explain to me why $200 was took off my card After I went back-and-forth with the manager, he told me he’s releasing the hold with my understanding. The only was going to be the hundred dollar incidental fee that they are supposed to give you when you check out. The very next day they tried to take 145 bucks off my card then the following day tried to take another 939 off my card spoke to both managers and still to this day couldn’t explain to me why my card was being tampered with !!!! LOCK YOUR DEBIT CARDS WHEN STAYING HERE THEY WILL WIPE ACCOUNT OUT IF YOU LET THEM! “They call it a hold and claim the system is doing it manually “ what is there to hold if my room is paid for ,for the week and you’re already holding $100 incidental fee makes no sense !!! KEEP CARD LOCKED OR BETTER YET JUST PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD LIKE I SAID THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES

Had a quiet stay for three weeks. Mostly clean needed a little touch up on the floors and bath area when we checked in. Conveniently located and has a nice gym room.
