It was a pleasant experience visiting this pharmacy. The pharmacists were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Was able to pick my prescription up with ease at a reasonable price.

The woman working at 8:50 on 12/08/22 was the most unhelpful person I’ve ever dealt with. The head pharmacist is great but anyone good employee he has working under him must get off at 5.

Obviously the workers in the pharmacy didn’t go through any customer service tranning they all rude as hell!!!

SaraBeth is absolutely awesome! I'm so glad ya'll hired her. She provides excellent customer service and she is very thorough at explaining new medications as well!

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would.
They don’t care about the customers needs. Instead of calling to say they can’t complete your order they wait till you go to pick it up. Sorry is not enough when you make a trip to pick it up. This has happened one time too many for me.
Examples
1. My grandson needed medication, doctor called it in, they didn’t have it, instead of trying get it, they told us we could call another Walmart pharmacy. HARTSVILLE WALMART PHARMACY HAD NO PROBLEM, they even transferred the prescription and filled it.
2. My medicine called in, by doctor, no medicine at Cheraw Walmart pharmacy. I was told would be a few days before they had any in. Went to to pick it up after 2 days, still none in stock, waiting for it to come in. WHY DID THEY NOT CALL?
3. No refill left on my wife’s prescription, they would notify doctor. I called 3 days later, doctor had not responded to their fax....guess what....she was out of medicine. They advised me to call doctor. I could have done that to start with. They did not care if she was out.
THIS IS NOT ALL THE TIMES WE HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH CHERAW WALMART PHARMACY, its just an example of what we have dealt with. More in my family has had the same experiences. Maybe yours too.
WALMART SHOULD EVALUATE THIS PHARMACY. MAYBE SEND OUT QUESTIONNAIRES TO CUSTOMERS. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!

Cheraw has nicer people than any other Walmart Pharmacy I've ever been. They're all very friendly and polite. They answer any questions I've asked.
