Fabulous place to vacation!

The interior of the condo is well appointed and my first response after walking inside was, “yes!” . The two bedrooms are comfortable and allowed for a wonderful nights sleep. The bath towels were plentiful and beach towels were a plus for our trips to the pool and hot tub. Having a cooler available was great for our day trip to Volcanos National park.

The view of the ocean right from the lenai is superb!!! Even saw whales swimming out in their ocean home. The sound of the waves breaking right below the lenai lulled one of the four of us into a nap!

Really comfortable chairs with matching table on the lenai. Well done owners!!

Thanks for a great vacation in your home. If I have the opportunity to return to the big island, this condo is where i will stay!!

Wonderful house
The kitchen was so well equipped! All the tools we needed to cook for 10 people. There were towels, beach toys, great pool and a hot tub! Plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of room and very clean. Amazing location, 1 block from the beach. We loved it!!!

Great location, lots of restaurants and shopping, would give a 5 star but the place needs a little dusting, the ceilings fans had so much dust and the head board and curtains were really dusty, other then that it’s a great location, would stay again at the Kona Reef again

Wow! Shores at Waikoloa 18 was one of the nicest vacation rentals i've stayed in. The attention to detail is great, from the fully stocked kitchen (silverware, pots/pans, dishes), beach towels and 2 chairs, tvs in every room, and washer/dryer. Ideal for a group of three or two couples, this spacious home was standout. The expansive lanai was my favorite with beautiful views of the golf course and was the perfect place for morning coffee.

The property is in a quiet community with a clean pool, and is close to the massive hilton resort which we explored a bit, but looks like you need a day pass for the hilton pools.

Although there were tiny ants in the kitchen this was the only minor negative because the overall quality and cleanliness of the place was outstanding. Parking right in front followed by a flight of stairs up to the private entrance. I would gladly return to the big island just to stay here again.

Neat little condo!
The condo was very clean. It had every thing that was needed. Great location, just a couple blocks from town center. Parking, which is always a plus do to the nightmare parking downtown. The view was wonderful, we saw whales from the lanai. The shared laundry room was convenient and clean. I rated this place as a 4 because it could use some upgrades, the shower and the kitchen floor, to name a couple. The mattress was comfortable. Although one corner of the bed frame was broken where the frame attached to the head board. The bathroom faucet should be replaced with one that comes out further from the back of the sink. We were very impressed with the customer service at vacasa. They were very helpful, friendly and seemed to care. We would stay here again!

Book this condo! Waikoloa Fairway Villas D-3 was the perfect condo for our family. We stayed for over two weeks and the whole experience was nothing but wonderful! Easy check-in, great communication & flexibility on a late check out made this condo a true rare find! This condo was spotless clean on check in. The beds were comfortable and the condo is very well stocked with everything you need plus had beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, snorkel gear and sand toys. Overall 5 stars!! Would stay again. Thank you!

We loved the location, close to kings shops, and queens market. Beaches within walking distance. The pool, hot tub & bbq’s were excellent. The condo unit was well-furnished & comfortable. We will definitely book this condo if it is available in 2025. Mahalo.
