Visionworks Village at Prasada

Visionworks had appointment available and worked with me being late. I came way across town while stuck in traffic going to the NFL game that was moved to Glendale from CA/wildfires. This was huge and great customer service. I was absolutely convinced when I went to Prasada Surprise branch, basically to apologize in person for being way late, that there was no hope of being seen for eye exam. Then, next thing I know, they said we will see you. Not because there wasn't other appointments, because there was and they came in and I heard their appointment times. But because they wanted to serve, to help. I was in shock. And very happy about this. Everyone and everything was smooth operation and went quite well. A big, big Thank You to all staff at Prasada Surprise, AZ Thank You Very Much (You made a huge difference)

Had a wonderful experience with this location! I’ve never had my eyes checked before so was a little unsure what to expect. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and made the experience so easy and comfortable. I also had my two kids with me which can be daunting sometimes and everyone was super friendly with them which made it even more amazing! Thank you to Dr. Ziemann, Debora and the gal who did the first tests (sorry I didn’t catch your name)! ☺️

I made an appointment. I got there, and they were on the phone seeing if my insurance covered my appointment. I asked before I made the appointment if they took tri care. Why wait for the last minute to try and get a hold of an insurance company. I left very disappointing. She said she would call me when they got back to her. Why give me an appointment if it isn't set in stone.

Every step of the process at Visionworks was easy. I made my appointment online, everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable and listened to me. The prices were affordable and I was also done in less than an hour, thank you so much.

I ordered 4 pairs of glasses for myself and my two kids. Got the text that the glasses were ready for pickup last night and went this morning to pick them up. It was a two-week wait, which is pretty standard. The office was a little busy and I was asked to wait to be helped. I waited for 10 minutes before one of the 2 employees asked for the name on the order. Gave the employee my name, she brings all 4 pairs of glasses and NOT ONE PAIR of lenses were correct. I had ordered 2 transition lenses, one for each of my kids. Neither were transitions. I ordered one pair of sunglasses and one pair of regular glasses for myself- they put my daughter’s prescription on both of my glasses and mine on her little kid glasses. The fourth pair did not even have my daughter’s correct prescription. I asked how this happened, why didn’t these get checked beforehand… the employee was completely clueless and just said they would put a rush order in to get our glasses to us faster. I am very disappointed and will not return to this location if/when we finally receive our glasses.

I had such a nice visit! Everybody was so nice which is so refreshing! Deborah was so helpful helping me pick my glasses and made it such a fun experience! Alex did a wonderful job tightening my glasses EXACTLY how I asked him to. I highly recommend :)

Definitely recommend! My husband and I were both seen today. Dr.Ziemann was great and very professional. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. Debora on the glasses side, was very helpful and super patient with helping us order the perfect glasses. Can’t wait for them to arrive!

Wish I could give them no stars. Just left upset after 2 horrible experiences with my kids and waiting weeks for glasses that they messed up I decided to give them one more chance. The lady was trying to charge me $500 for 2 pair of glasses with having 2 eye insurances after almost a hour of her not knowing what she was doing I walked out and Costco got me take care of for under $200. Stay away still waiting on a refund from one of the other appointments
