I regret getting into a lease at this apartment. The maintenance team is not the best. The gates stayed open all the time. The light bill was soooooo high. I was paying hundreds of Dallas for a simple one bedroom apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE GO Somewhere else! I will never rent from them again! IF you are a young adult looking for a first time apartment GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Moved into the Villas at Hampton in the spring and I love it here I really do I have a 2/2 model and it so spacious I don’t have enough furniture to fill the spaces. I really like the activity they have for the adults like a jazz band at the pool which was nice, the management team is wonderful never seen anything like it . Let’s not forget about the maintenance team these guys are superb the grounds are well kelp just amazing. So let me talk about my neighbors who are amazing as well they speak they throw up their hands to say hello which I really like that and parking is good at least in my section we park in the same place every day so no issues with parking. With all this being said if you looking for a place call home for now give the Villas At Hampton a try .

I'm being sued for 30k from this place and I've never even set foot on this property. These people have allowed some random person to get an apartment in my name. I'm currently dealing with lawyers over this crap.

Moved here about a year ago and …..their biggest problem is unprofessionalism and even when you contact corporate they don’t do anything. I ended my lease because It just wasn’t worth my time anymore , upon ending a lease they give you a move out paper that you sign for turning in keys and if you accept or want to dispute the move out inspection , I just get a random email of a balance and saying pay or make a payment plan within 30 days and I go to the attachments and they put on the bottom of my move out sign part I refused to sign !!! Like what ! HOW !? I signed for all my keys I’m confused , I’m suppose to sign when you all get done in case I was to accept or dispute ?! Correct ?! Wrong?! Idk but I recommend getting a bigger bang for your buck these apartments are ran down and just put in a constant cycle for money ! They charge you for trash but don’t even come get any trash when you got apartments thats brand new same price and doing vallet trash but we were getting charged for trash and taking our own trash ! I stayed at Villas at Hampton for 1 year. My apartment flooded from the cold winter pipes bursting in December and maintenance moved my things for me and trashed several of my things without advising me is my only issue which is why I removed 2 stars. The apartments complex looks nice on the outside and they kept the upkeep good, but the insides could use a few upgrades as I was in the classic models with carpet. I did have roaches/gnats but not an infestation. Car break-ins do happen usually in back and front of the complex, it may be due to the gate not being wrapped around the complex as you can just walk in the complex around the gate front and back. I had a bottom floor which and my neighbors above me had children that jumped ALL DAY LONG and I could hear them walk all the time so I would definitely recommend a top unit. They do not do their own routine pest control as they've never entered my apartments for it not once, but I guess you can call and request it. There is a on call courtesy officer that lives in the 900 building, but he does not answer the phone AT ALL so you would be better off just calling 911. Whenever I called maintenance for an emergency they always called back quickly, and maintenance request was NOT a problem for me. My request was answered within a few days. OVERALL, my stay was not too bad at all but not perfect. I moved due to the drive to work and the low grades but if I could move in an upgraded apartment, I may would consider moving there again if need be.

Maintenance team is responsive but the dude with the dreds is rude and condescending. Very predatory and have a low morals when it comes to working with tenants in this inflated society, you would think they would make it easier on themselves to make money but NO they rather lose tenants. That’s why your suites are becoming vacant, and it will continue to decrease in tenants.

Management had changed three times in a year, and they don’t power wash the building or keep up the property. They always water the plants though.
