Servicio rápido y variado y bueno el menú.

I didn't stay at the hotel. However my wife and I ate at the restaurant. For $40 for the pair of us was a little high especially for the amount of food we got. The poor rating comes from the lack of service and how poor the food was. Our waitress never came back to check on us or refill our drinks. The food was just bad. My chili had no flavor to it. I've had better out of a can. My cheese burger... well I'm pretty sure that the cook was use to cooking for the gods providing burnt offerings. Both patties were charcoal and the bacon could of broke teeth. I drove from challis back to idaho falls and still had burps that tasted like charcoal. Very disappointed, if we knew it would have been that bad we would have ate at the junction or stopped in mackay at the L7.

Every time I come eat here I walk away full and happy with my meal. The drinks are amazing too. I love how I can special order drinks. For example they can create smoothies you suggest from what they have or add whatever flavors you want to the sodas.

The steak sandwich is my favorite. I love their fresh cut fries and classic Idaho fry sauce. My kids love the hamburgers and salads (salad bar is top notch too). If there is ever a problem, for example one side of the grilled cheese was a little burnt for one of the picky kids and their customer service was awesome and they were happy to cook it quickly.

We bring our family here every time they visit and they have enjoyed the service and food as well. They have enough room and seating for big groups and family, which I love and it's very kid friendly. I have also been on dates here with my hubby and have enjoyed a small table away from the big groups.

We will keep coming back!

Food was really great. People are very kind in chalice.
Maid was very helpful. Room was nice. I will probably stay there again next yearthat'll be 3 years in a row and I will eat at the Village Inn restaurant again.

We had breakfast twice here during BBR! They do a great job with food and service during such a busy time! Large portions, prices are decent. We will be back! Hope to stay at the hotel some day.

We stopped in for a late lunch. I was tickled that they offer "real" scones, not those elephant ear things they call scones in this area. And it was wonderful!

The connected restaurant is pretty darn good. No complaints about the food, service, or pricing. Rooms are budget friendly. I gave the rooms 3 stars due to the bathroom. Toilet was not secured to the floor well, towels were excessively rough, and the darn shower knob drifted to the left the whole shower. Love the look of the room itself, and the beds were great. Overall, nothing too bad.
