I am extremely disappointed with this location because this is now the second time I have been served food that was completely unacceptable.

How on earth is this an adult sized portion of chicken? Did I order fried rice with a side of orange chicken? The previous time before, I was served the most flavorless, colorless, vermicelli noodles with RANCID pork and it was so bad that I asked them to not only take it back and off of my bill - I didn’t even order something different I just left.

I have worked in the restaurant industry before, have been everything but a restaurant owner; and I have never been given such horrible service, twice in a row now. The first time, I chose to cut you guys slack because I get it, things happen; but now this?

You’ll never get another penny from me again.

We had the best experience here. The couple we sat next to was quite lovely. The staff was the absolute best. I'm telling you. Even if the food wasn't 100/10 delicious, which it really is, I'd still go to have a bitchin convo with the servers. Overall, I love the veg pho that I got, as well as the lemongrass vermicelli bowl. God that lemongrass tofu was the best tofu of my fkin life. NO NOTES.

The best Vietnamese experience I’ve had in a while. The Vietvana Sandwich with the paté was so good and a great new culinary experience for me. The bread was fresh and had a great texture to it. The pickled carrots and radish were delicious. The jalapeños were spicy. The veggies were fresh and the mayo was delicious. This is the first time also trying Grilled Shrimp Bahn Mi, as it’s not something you find on any menus around Atlanta. It was also very delicious. Some of the best Bahn Mis I’ve had. The Special Combination Beef Pho broth was so beefy and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. We got the Sai Gon Spicy Calamari which was actually the squid head cut into strips! I’ve never experienced calamari like that but you can bet it’s real squid. The breading on the calamari is soft instead of crunchy which is also a different take on what someone would expect. I’ve been living in Buford Hwy for many years and have visited all of the Vietnamese restaurants but Vietvana has really impressed me.

We were seated immediately upon entering, but we didn't get any water or server attention for nearly ten minutes after being seated.
People were seated next to us and had their order taken shortly thereafter, while the waitress ignored us.
The food was pretty good, fresh and generally tasty, but a constant cool draft from the ventilation system rendered most of it cool to the touch shortly after it was delivered to the table.
This place might be better for pickup rather than dine in.

My first time having Pho and it was a 10/10 along with fire shrimp. The strawberry smoothie was super yummy and refreshing as well.

I enjoyed my food but the service was HORRIBLE and I’m not exaggerating. If you are eating here, don’t waste your time dinning, just get it to go.

Table was dirty when getting seated. It took a long time to get my drinks, then the server stopped mid serving our table to eat and never came back? Didn’t get my drink til I was almost finish eating. Cups were dirty. no one came to check on the table until I complained about it. Manager wasn’t much help either. The craziest part is that it was very moderate/slow traffic.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars but unfortunately the Pho broth was lacking some serious flavor and it really didn't taste like Pho broth at all. But before I get into that let me just say that I had a very pleasant experience. The restaurant is a nice size and it's clean. Everyone that I encountered who worked there were very friendly and attentive. I ordered a chicken spring roll and their specialty beef combination Pho. The spring roll was delicious, and the peanut sauce it came with was AMAZING! Very yummy. The Pho was decent. However the broth didn't look or taste like any Pho broth I ever had. It was grey and cloudy instead of being a clean clear broth that I'm use to. It was very fatty, porky flavor but super bland at the same time. On a positive note, the noodles were cooked perfect and the meat was well prepared. But the broth is like 70% of the Pho experience. It has to be good! I would definitely come back to try other things on the menu.
