I live on the first floor , the fourth floor smoke ! Iv complained about them, throwing the cigarette butts down and the garbage they threw down around my porch to the office three times and they don’t do anything cigarette butts are all over the place , I was told they are short handed and getting ready apartments to rent out… and that just a start add a lot more cigarette butts and garbage to the picture….halls are filthy, aggressive breeds of dogs that bite the smaller dogs live here! The doors jar every time someone closes their door down the hall , that’s every apartment, not just mine , you can hear everything upstairs! Pool step is cracked ! Lots of vacancies here! They raise rent 400$ after one year ! Plan on hearing everything ABOVE you , nasty halls .. and they will not do anything in the office! Lots of people moving out !! Oh wait till someone pulls the fire alarm just for fun …oh and the dogs that bite in here .. I got bite along with my 15 lb dog … they didn’t do anything, no landscaping for two months, Halls were filthy because everyone quit working there maintenance house Cleaner, Gates broke , garbage piled up next to the garbage dumpster, you will not get a return phone call, I finally moved out of that ghetto apartment. I will not be getting my deposit back. I’m sure no one will return my call., of course I have pictures. The apartment was perfect condition when I left. I document everything. I only had a lease for one year, never renewed. I
never renewed anything not even month to month . they didn’t even know I didn’t have a lease… ! I signed to return my keys gave them My new address still have not heard about my deposit.Run from this place , go talk to the people that live there. No one likes it.

Great place to live for young and middle aged people/couples. There’s never any raging parties or crazy neighbors and the amenities are great. Awesome pool with an enclosed lanai with couches and a mini kitchen, grills right on the pool deck, golf simulator in the clubhouse and garages are available for $150/month.

Haley and Gloria were super helpful. They are super sweet and very welcoming. They made it feel right at home right at the time of tour and are hear to listen and help you out with whatever your needs are. I’m so happy to call Venice isles my new home and first home!

Love, love, love! Great apartments, friendly and helpful staff, and awesome amenities. The location is perfect if you commute, right off of 75. The apartment complex is about 10 minutes from Casperson beach. And if you have a fur baby there’s a great walking trail and dog parks!

Things started out great! Everyone including Hayley were very helpful!

After about few days of contact however, there was no contact at all. Still waiting to hear from anyone.

Seems like the management at the complex just isn’t where it needs to be. Very lackadaisical in their responses.

RENTERS BEWARE!!! They show you the nice clean clubhouse areas and by the time you realize the rest of the property is filthy its too late(see pics). Management teams change a dozen times a year so no accountability for all their shortcomings! It's a shame because it's a nicely designed property...
