Una muy grata sorpresa, en este hermoso pueblo llamado Venice. Mucha calidez en la atencion, que estan pendientes todo el tiempo que el huesped se sienta a gusto. Es una especie de motel, pero con habitaciones que pfrecen un poco más: Heladera grande, microhondas, vajilla completa, cambiador, utensillos, Tambien ofrecen en forma gratuita bicicletas, toallas de playa, heladeras portatiles para llevar a la playa, flotadores, y muchos juegos para entretenerse en su estadia.||Cuenta con piscina, pero justo estaba en reparacion en los dias que estuve alojado, lo que hizo que me ofrecieran un precio con descuento.||Mencion aparte para la ubicacion, estrategicamente ubicado a2 cuadras del centrito y a 3 de la playa. Mejor opcion precio calidad ubicacion....IMPOSIBLE.

Unit 6 of this villa is decent and captures the charm of its location. The staff is excellent, and the place is clean and well-maintained. The units are small, about 300 square feet, and feel cramped when the weather keeps you indoors. The kitchenette is well-stocked with all the necessary hardware. The bathroom is small but clean, with a new shower tile update. The bedroom has a dresser and a nightstand. We’re accustomed to firmer mattresses, so it took a couple of nights to adjust.
Since the buildings are old, sound can easily travel between units. However, it’s quiet at night. During our 17-day stay, the temperature reached 75 degrees Fahrenheit, so the air conditioner was too quick to cool down the small space. It could only run briefly or make the room freezing cold. As a result, high humidity was constant, and my wife’s hair became wild. The dehumidifier mode was ineffective, and we always noticed a faint, unpleasant smell whenever we entered the unit.
This was our first time in Venice, and we thoroughly enjoyed the village vibe. The walkability score is excellent, with a solid 100. There’s a great beach nearby, and there’s also community yoga on the shore. The downtown area offers a variety of food and shops.

The owners and staff have thought of it all! We were in town for business and stayed for a long weekend. My husband and I were greeted at the desk with a quick and friendly check-in and then given a tour of the facilities before entering Unit 3 (an efficiency apartment with separate bedroom). ||We rented an EV car, so being able to charge was a great advantage! We enjoyed the heated pool, took a long bike ride around the island (helmets and locked provided too), and spent time going through the in-unit binder of the local history and dining establishments in Venice. There were lovely snowbirds staying from Europe that we enjoyed meeting. ||The location was perfect for walking to everything even the Friday night park concerts and the Saturday morning Farmer’s Market is next store each week. ||We did not use the Laundry Rm, but it was clean and had a small Library section for borrowing books. They even had beach chairs, coolers, and shark tooth sifters - just about everything you could need for a great stay! We can’t wait to return!

What an amazing place to stay at wonderful Venice, location is close to restaurants,beaches,shops within walking distance, and the area of the villas ,so quiet and tranquil. The villa was so well equipped with a kitchen area, lovely comfortable bed and so clean. There is a file with lots of information in. The team are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.there is a great pool, and a laundry to use. Our first visit but will definitely be returning. You will not be disappointed at this gorgeous place to stay

Venice Beach Villas was a great place to stay. We stayed during Hurricane Helene and everything was great. We lost power over night however the next day the owner came to check in on us and provided battery operated fans and flashlights as they were unsure how long it would be for power to be restored. The property was up to date clean and well taken care of. They have great amenities, and thought of just about everything you may need to make for a great beach vacation. They have all your beach necessities on property to borrow and use throughout your stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The renovations are fabulous! I’ve been enjoying VBV for a number of years and it has always been quiet and clean. The amenities are such that you can come with just your clothes. From the bikes to beach combing gear, to coolers and sand toys, they have it all! The pool is so refreshing and kept nice and clean, as well as the grilling area. They maintain everything daily, and the kitchen setup is perfect, with all one needs to enjoy a relaxing evening watching the sunset after the beach. It is a short walk down a greenway to the beach, or a ride to the inlet. The staff is always pleasant and make you feel like family. VBV is my go-to when I can manage a getaway from across the state. 5 stars in my book!

This was our 3rd stay at Venice Beach Villas and there' will certainly be more. The staff, the accommodations and the location are 5 star. A beautiful heated pool or a couple blocks walk to the beach are there for your pleasure. The quaint town of Venice is a short walk for your dining and gifting convenience. On Saturday's there is a craft market set up across the street. Extra this year was an art show on Sunday. Try it. You won't be disappointed.
