Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Took my father-in-laws truck in today to have a oil change done. They are good people there. The prices are reasonable and pretty much the same as other places. I would recommend anyone specially if you don't want to wait in a waiting area. I enjoyed it so much that I am going to take my vehicle in for a radiator flush tomorrow morning. Hahaha. See ya soon ;)

We're on a road trip and our oil change light came on. Our vehicle is oversized as we have a camper on our truck. We went out of our way to find a place with bays tall enough so we didn't have to dismount our rig. Oh man, we chose the right place. Bailey and his team were incredible. Not only are they professional and thorough, they all seem to enjoy their job. This was our first Valvoline oil change and we're hooked. I love how we can stay in the vehicle and be kept in the loop as to what's happening. 5+ stars.

Jacob knows how to get it done. I won’t have any of the other employees change my oil. I even come in before my oil needs changed sometimes just because Jacob. Im only leaving a three star because I don’t believe management quite realizes what they have on their team.

Caution! Thursday I had oil changed. And I really trusted this place but different now...the man roberto? Something like that ...acted like a robot when he talked to me. And I did not think anything of that. Just that it was so strange, usually very friendly when at any valvoline..... I am mentioning this only because I heard a very loud bamAnd a pop and I literally got out of my car and said What happened underneath my floor board? In the same robotic voice, he just said ..we just removed the plug for your oil filter.... But why did I never feel anything like that? Or hear anything like that that..i felt it..made me jump out of the car...note: Check your cameras, you'll see me.... But when I was leaving he mentioned in the same monotone.... Oh by the way you're missing a plate that goes under your car. What? He said...oh, its all just plastic ....and i said...oh yeah Isn't the whole car's these days made a plastic and they all just laughed.....There is about 20k ish miles on this car. And I do not drive far. Did I lose that quietly on the way to the grocery store? I cannot get that experience off of my mind... It was so suspicious in mannerism and it felt so evil? Cant explain....my spirit disturbed. Just no time yet to handle. We had a new roof installing 5am Friday, all day.. I was very busy and then catching up Saturday hardly resting And had church today. I work from home. Etc...It has been too hectic to do anything on any of this. I will be looking into filing a formal complaint when i can get to it, for now this review is to alert Consumers to be very careful and maybe have a second person with you. If this happened to somebody else, I would feel like. I should have said something right away. Something is totally off. Use discernment.

Check your receipts...I did reach out prior to having to make this review. Never heard back from them. I was quoted a lower price for cabin air filter, then charged a higher price for said filter. $29.99 vs $44.99 When I called, I spoke with Braden, no apology offered, no solution offered. This is the world we live in...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish people would invest in their employee's on what to do with situations like this. I have attached my receipt...Oh and please don't ask me to do more work to get a 15.00 refund. I should not have to waste my time, over an hour so far, to help you realize that something is broken with how you deal with customer service. Thanks for your response, however I will not be wasting any more of my time to fix something that should have been done initially at the store level...
