I've been here many times. Always for the same two reoccurring issues. Most of the time, I'm in and out very quickly. Maybe about 45 mins from the moment i walk in to check ouy. The nurse practitioners are kind, effective and professional. I suppose the front desk staff can be a little more friendly, but it doesn't bother me. I think they just have the mindset of getting you in and out quickly. As for the complaint about being sent away for not having a mask, I don't understand this. They have always had masks available for those who arrive without one. Anyway, I don't believe they require masks at this time.

Anytime I've had to go or bring my children in to be seen, each experience has been great. Sometimes the wait can be a tad long but it is cold season and they get through each patient as quickly as they can. All of the staff is nice and have answered any questions I've had. Just recently I had to bring my daughter in and while waiting they helped an elderly gentleman figure out his prescription and where he could apply to help with the cost of all his medications..I thought that was very nice because they could have just told them they couldn't help but they took the time to do so 🙂

They always get you in and out fast and efficiently. They treated our symptoms accordingly with the best care that my family and I have needed. All the staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend them often!!

We always get in and out super quick when we go! We went the other day for our 2 year old to be seen, and Tammy was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE with her(the medical assistant was as well but I didn’t catch her name). I was super impressed and grateful for them.

This urgent care center is a joke. The entire front office staff is rude as soon as you walk in the door. Like you being there is bothering them. They aren’t sympathetic at all for patients needs. The doctors are even worse. They come into the room for about 30 seconds and walk back out. I have been there on two separate occasions and my daughter has once where they didn’t even do an examination. They just shew you out the door. The dr down right refused to see my daughter and just sent her on her way. I sincerely hope you clean house at that place and replace everyone cuz they all don’t deserve their jobs. I won’t go back and I will make sure no one in my family does either.

Poor attitudes. Have trouble breathing and they are asking for your insurance card and payment. They say "we will get you in as soon as we can". Not one person in the waiting room. Won't be back. But like they care anyways. I have a best friend that works there. She wasn't working today. But she is the only nice one there. She always took care of me and all others. It's ridiculously what our health care system has come to.

I have walking pneumonia and work night shift. So when i was able i managed to crawl my way to an urgent care. I chose this one as it was close to home and open late so it fit in with my schedule. They turned me away because i didnt have a mask. The (genuinely) nice lady at the desk suggested i try to find some where that is open and buy one because of their covid policy. I suppose i will pass away at home because i cant afford a 3,000 dollar hospital bill to go to the emergency room instead. 🪦💐

I had a hand injury. I didn't want to go down to the emergency room at the hospital. I went to the Frostburg medical Facility at the Frostburg Plaza. I didn't make an appointment, just walked in. Everyone was very nice. Everyone I had contact with were very friendly and caring. Thank all of you for being there to help people.
