They were temporarily closed, but now they’re back with new ownership and an exciting reopening! The menu is easier to navigate, with tons of new original drinks and even more yakiniku options. Definitely worth checking out for the fresh updates!

Pearl City Highland Market Up Roll Cafe'. Enjoyed a fresh made to order, healthy chicken salad. Choice of base, with rice, brown rice, quinoa or fresh greens. They also can do half- half of two bases. Generous layer of tender chicken, choice of tasty sauces, alfalfa spouts, corn, carrots, greens and crisp garlic crumble (appox. $9.50). All items are made to order, so ordering ahead should be considered, if time is a factor. Highland Market open daily 8am to 4:30pm.

$15+ for a sushi burrito. Honestly not worth it, the seaweed was wet so if you take the parchment off it'll literally fall apart. The ice tea with coconut was pretty good though.

First visit and will definitely be back! Tofu Poke and Guy Hagi bowls with brown rice are really good! And Thai coffee is really really good!! Customer service is excellent! Very friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to go back for more!

solid addition to the highlands food court. beautiful sushi burritos to the eyes. can taste just as good if you customize it right. my only tip is be careful about adding all vegetables. less is more sometimes. I wouldn't hesitate to add more sauce even if cost more.

I've eaten here a few times and the food was ok. It definitely tastes clean, fresh, and healthy, but like others in previous reviews have stated, the customer service could be improved. I stopped by today and the gate was up. The food court opens at 10:00 AM so I thought they were also open. It was a little after 10:00 AM. I noticed they were putting some things out, but as I was looking around I could not see a sign with their hours and none of the workers said anything so I was going to fill out an order and a lady behind the counter said " UMMM, SORRY... WE AREN'T OPEN YET!" with an irritated facial expression and tone in her voice. I said sorry and put the menu back and she said "THANK YOU!" just as loudly and irritably as she did when she first acknowledged and communicated with me. I like that this place is healthy, but it's not worth dealing with the bad attitude from employees.
