The old hospital was tenfold better which I find ironic. I have never seen a worse hospital as far as communication, timeliness, overall care and everything above. There is a reason surrounding hospitals are always on blackout and over loaded because they definitely don’t want to come here. For reference I was not a patient but sat here with family the whole visit it’s in shambles

The Issue I had was not resolved. I was still in pain so I had to
make another appointment. When I got there they would not check me in because they said may appointment was six weeks out. I told them I was not going to be in pain 6 more weeks.

Will never go back went there sick expecting to get some kind of medical treatment. Did not check anything but typical blood pressure, listened to my breathing, and looked in my ears and told me to continue taking over the counter medication. This is after sitting in there for a couple hours. Really find it unbelievable so your gonna end up sending me a bill in the mail for treatment and basically did nothing. There was no Covid test or throat culture or anything I really advise everyone not to waste your time and take the ride to a real facility!!! I would have been fine with a little cough medicine, inhaler, or steroid anything because I have been taking over the counter medicine already and it isn’t kicking the issue!! I have never in all my years been to a place that does nothing at all and been told continue over the counter medication and let it runs it’s course!!

The staff was attentive and courteous. The facility was clean and it was also very quiet. I have had multiple surgeries in bigger hospitals and by far, this one has been the best. Would highly recommend, especially if you're like me and hospital stays overly stressful for you. It was very comfortable and comforting during my time of need.

Went in with severe COVID symptoms and a positive test. Told me “I’m young” so I’ll be fine and did not do a thing for me. I told them OTC medicine is not working and they said I need to let it run it’s course. This was all after the nurse ROLLED HER EYES AT ME and acted annoyed that I was there. Last time I checked, the ER was where you go for more severe medical issues and it is her job to care for me. I was left with no tissues, nose running due to COVID. No call bell for if I needed help, and was left sitting in a room cold with chills and a fever with no blanket for 2+ hours. Overall they did not a thing for me. Nurse name Lauren. CRNP was G. Maans. Not impressed.

I brought my 72 year old mother into the ER the day after Christmas. The staff, efficiently, and with genuine kindness diagnosed and treated her for pneumonia. Immediately they put her on oxygen, drew blood for cultures and within 20 minutes of arrival, they had x-rayed her lungs and were able to make an accurate diagnosis. Within an hour they had her IV going complete with antibiotics. Within 3 hours they had admitted her to her room where she stayed for another 2 days. So very completely satisfied with the care she received here and it's because of this care that she has gotten well so quickly. Thank you.
