Surprisingly I gave this place a chance. The reviews were pretty bad. My experience was good. However when it was time to go our server took forever to bring our bill. The food was on point. The recommendation she gave were good. I enjoyed the food. The music was loud couldn’t hear the people across from me at my table talking so I didn’t liken that.

I enjoyed myself and my food, it was a nice atmosphere. The food was banging like really good the Mac and cheese tastes like granny made it and my steak was cooked perfectly! I went for dinner around 9 and it was cool, pretty laid back my waiter was Mike Mike he was mad cool we'll definitely be back soon!

At first, I was a little sketchy with this place because of the way it was placed, but after second thought, I figured to go inside with my sister and we loved it. It’s a very low-key chill spot and the food was pretty good. We had ordered the side of mac & cheese with sweet and spicy shrimp as well as broccoli and salmon bites withrice and peas and collard greens. My favorite was the mac & cheese and the sweet and spicy shrimp. This place plays good music, and the only part that sucked was that it closed at 12 am and this was on a Saturday. I like the reviews The drinks were pretty good, we ordered an espresso martini, pink matter, casamigos margarita, and a quickie. The drinks were strong and good. 8/10

I first visited this restaurant earlier in the year for Monday steak night. Service was great, food was great, atmosphere was nice so I kept it in my portfolio of places to try again!

Fast forward to today I went for happy hour around 5:30 and I was beyond disappointed. Service was very slow, food was good, atmosphere was a tad unsettling.

We sat at the bar however I’m not sure if the bar was too much for the bartender to manage because the service was slower than a turtle running a race. Truly, the service was the slowest I have witnessed in a very long time. We had to wait to order drinks, wait to receive regular customer service, wait and ask to get the check, etc. I ordered 2 drinks and an appetizer all that sat there the entirety of my time at Unity (as you can see in the picture). The bartender never took anything from our area until I questioned her about the check. When the check came we were charged regular price for wine and with the lack of service I couldn’t believe that another thing was going wrong. When we questioned the waiter she said we asked for all the wine, not just happy hour wine. That was a false statement. We asked for what was included on happy hour. Even if it was not included as a staff member wouldn’t you say fyi this one isn’t included in happy hour? I then asked for the manager from 2 different people, we were told “he’s here, but busy” . I am assuming the manager came however he never spoke to us, or even attempted to give customer service to us patrons, just went to the computer and discounted the wine. I was ready to have an open conversation with the manager because as I said I was pleased the first time I came. This was beyond disappointing that customer service could be this subpar. Looking back I can’t even fault the bartender because she is learning from her Manager and he simply did not care. The food is not worth, the slow , nonexistent customer service.

It really reminded me of those prohibition era bars, a speakeasy but a lot more fancier. There’s hookah and an inside and outside. The food was great and so were the drinks. Everything was fast and hot. I’m giving 5 stars because I would go back but I have a couple things I would change about my experience. The air conditioner blew directly on our food so we had to pack it up because it was cold. The servers weren’t very warm and didn’t really smile, ours didn’t introduce herself. This isn’t a big deal for me but might be for someone else. Lastly, they use the Toast system, I realized that the suggested tips were really low, like 7% which is too low to suggest people to tip. I think the Tip suggestions should be higher. Other than that I would highly recommend!

You want a great experience this is the place to be. The food, service and the atmosphere was 10/10. Small location with a big vibe. I HIGHLY recommend. Thank you for an amazing experience while we were visiting.

The service was good. Our server was on point. I was a lil perturbed with the chef because he tried to tell me there weren't any onions in my food as I requested, but 2 people besides me at my table confirmed it was. Then he finally remade, and it came out quickly, and it was good. The chicken from the chicken & waffles needed some seasoning. The atmosphere was high, and the dj was on fire 🔥. They charged us for hookah that we did not have. The menu is annoying with everything charged separately and more expensive. The drinks were good. My sister had a great time for her birthday brunch and that matters the most.

Ariauna , my bartender always makes my experience great. She always makes me the best drinks and is very knowledgeable about the menu and drink options . If you want a good experience go on wed, Friday , or Sunday evenings . She is a service superstar
