A word about any reviews that are not to positive.. please remember that Dr Umerah is a very competent and excellent Doctor and that he knows what he is doing. He has been treating patients for a very king time and has an over abundance of them. And he just does not have the time for any kind of shinannegins. He wants to help people that are doing the right thing and that are serious about recovery and or pain management. He can see through even the slightest misconceptions I’m sure. He knew every time when I tryed to tell him that I was not smoking cigerettes any more, that I was not being truthful about it. And he rightfully corrected me about it. But in a professional way. And no, I didn’t like to hear that. But he was right.. that’s all I’m saying. I’m not perfect either…

Dr Umarah is a fantastic Dr, he knows what he's doing and will not give you more medicine than you need. He is very strict and if you don't want to do what he wants he will tell you to find someone else. when I first went to Dr Umarah I was on some pretty powerful drugs, he finally got me worked down to a milder medication and I thank him for that. if anyone has anything bad to say about him then there's something wrong with them. Dr Umarah is a kind and caring Dr.

I would never recommend this doctor to no one he would talk to me like I'm a child and would never listen to my concerns or issues going on! He honestly didn't care he would create his own illusion after asking me a question so it didn't matter if i answered him if he didn't like the answer then he would basically tell me I'm lying and when i over heard him downgrading me to another patient snd walking out of there every time crying i had enough.

My mom is so upset & the Dr just hung up on my mother for being upset that their computer system is down and they are unable to fax her monthly pain script so they also refuse to call in her pain meds to a pharmacy “because he has the script hand written”

well we are in heber and she doesn’t drive and her ride assist canceled the day of her appointment so all this happened to her and the dr umerah office refuses to help her in anyway and said she has to wait til Monday so when she was explaining how upset she is the dr gets on and says “enough” and hangs up on her.

What kind of professionalism is that ?!?!

Dr. Umerah is a great doctor. I've been seeing him for a few years and haven't ever had a problem. Everybody is friendly there and it's always a pleasant visit.

If you smoke then don't even try to go here. He is a great pain doctor though and knows what's helpful and what's not. He listens to you but he has very strict rules and will tell you to hit the road if you don't follow them.

The doctor felt my husband wasn't severe enough for his clinic but they want to do surgery was NOT helpful at all would not recommend him to anyone EVER.
