This place is incredibly frustrating. I saw my doctor in November. She needed to refer me to another facility for imaging. The facilty she referred me to doesn't do the imaging she ordered. I notified UM, and it took about a month for them to send the referrals to another place. The second place not only doesn't do the imaging I need, but never received the referral. I've been contacting UM ever since and still have had no resolution...It's February.

Dr Gata Shah Infectious disease Doctor. What a wonderful lady. If I could rate 100 I would. Got me healthy within a month! My appts always on time or if I was seen after my time only 15 min and still out early with all meds called in. The two times she didnt show she left orders appt only ten min because she did a wonderful job planning prior to our appt. Always felt better leaving her office with a mental boost. Never left feeling like things are not taken care of and communication in ID office is excellent. They keep a close eye on all medications from every doctor . Can say a whole lot more! Frustrating place. I saw my Obgyn doctor in February, she prescribed medications for me and said she sent it to the pharmacy and yet till today the pharmacy has not received that order. On March 11, 2021, I went again and saw her and she said she had sent me another prescription. I still went to the pharmacy and no medication. I called and called the hospital and all they keep doing is putting in requests and I have not taken no medication ever since she started prescribing. Pharmacy can’t deliver cos they haven’t gotten it. Today again same thing is happening. I haven’t gotten any of my medications since I started going here. I don’t understand how people could play with ones life to this extent. This is frustrating me and I don’t know what to do nor who to call for help.

This place is absolutely terrible. I scheduled my appointment December 17th for December 23rd at 9:00 am in Suitland, Maryland. On Tuesday, December 22nd I received a call saying that no one will be in the Suitland office on December 23rd, and they could reschedule my appointment in Cheverly, Maryland (which is over an hour away from me in traffic) or they could reschedule me for December 24th at 9:00 am in Suitland. I took the 12/24 appointment and now, on the 23rd less than 24 hours after I made the appointment and when I have the appointment, they call to tell me that no one is going to be in the Suitland location again and they can schedule my appointment for after the new year. This has been a terrible experience and Shanay the person I spoke with did not even apologize or try to give me any type of good customer service.

I was trying to get my inhalers I have never received them. I called again to let them know I need my inhalers. Today I need to go to CVS to get my prematine unitl I get I my proper inhalers. I'm not ranking them a 5 until changes are made I'm going to report them to BBB and let them know what they are doing

The doctors behavior is good but coming of doctors for examination is too long, you have to wait for long time until doctors come, if doctors order some things I.e shots or blood test again long time wait and very slow which is boring and waste of time.
