I highly recommend this park for a few key reasons:
Location - it is in paradise and it is off the beaten path
Management - they make you feel safe and are interactive with the park. Debbie, Julie and Catherine are super and will help you when you need it. They also make sure things are running as they should.
Clientele - the people in this park are amazing. Many are very friendly, nice and good people. I found many people who would listen, talk and help me with some things I was dealing with. I made some lifelong friends here and I do want to stay here again in the future. Great job all 🙂

I would love to leave a good review, but I see that Tina is no longer in charge! When she was everything seem to be great! Handled with such professional knowledge and she and the staff members were pleasant with everyone, including myself! Except for the maintenance guy, he is not a friendly person, and seems like he just drives around looking like he is doing something. But to let you all know, it seems to be a mistake that the owners would even consider to let such a good person and good management of the park, go!! Tina shouldn't have been fired! Shame on the Owners!!!

I have forever friends here. The perminate residents are VERY happy, friendly, and caring people. A couple additions to mention from last years' informational discription:

*There is a get together, usually at Jay and Jose's, every night.

*There is a very CLEAN fenced in dog park (at the end of the club house) and they supply the pick-up bags!

*Inside the club house is a billiards room.

*They have an in-ground HEATED pool and are working hard to fix the JACCUZZI. What an amazing benefit/perk to be able to swim all year round. So posh!

Then I was told by Ms. Debra Boots, the property's "Ma", AKA Resort Manager, that there are a couple of perminate homes for sale! I had to ask twice, but she actually said, "Starting at $15,000"! WOW! A perminate home in 2024 for $15k? Yes, paradise is available at an amazingly AFFORDABLE price! These residents are holding this hidden island jewel as a secret, until now!

I'm a snowboard who purchased a park model 4 years ago.My idea was to remodel completely which I did spend 6-7 months then sell and purchase a home or condo here on the island. Well I am still here because I realized this is allI really need. There are many places for sale manly because of seniors who have health issues and not because of issues with the park or management. Tina and her staff have done a great job cleaning up the park give them time. Almost everyone purchasing places here have remodeled and made there places look great in the last year or so. Yes this is an older park but I can see the pride most people are taking. Make no mistake there are people who need to cleanup there places I am confident management is looking at this. They can only do so much. I have met some of the nicest people snowbirds like me and year around residents an not one issue with anyone. Come here and enjoy the Island and what the real meaning of Island time is. We can all make this a great place to visit or live year around.

Just found out today the best manager this park has had in years (Tina) has been fired for no apparent reason after being able to keep this park in great shape even after going through a whole pandemic and completely devastating hurricane. Slowly starting to see the park go downhill after losing such a valuable resource to this parks great reputation it has gotten these last few years. We want Tina back!!

Wonderful place to stay! Great location, short drive to many beautiful beaches, quiet at night. Shower facilities are very clean and pool and jacuzzi are very nice! Jason and Tina were very kind and very accommodating and helpful, they treat you like family with suggestions of where to go for food and entertainment. Local seafood restaurants have the freshest seafood! Also within a 2 minute drive is a fun boat ride with a funny tour guide you can take to cabbage island for a nice lunch! Can’t wait to return, so much more to enjoy, Thank you so much!💛

I stayed at the Tropical Water Rv Resort. I’ve been here a few times to see family + friends staying in Florida. This location has improved each time I came back. However the reason I’m giving 4/5 is that when I went back recently, my favorite manager Tina was gone. Every time I was there she was very helpful, kind, & informative about her work.
