management is trying but “non-confrontational “(avoidant/will just send you an eviction notice instead of talking to you like the old manager did). Donna A. is fired, BTW!!! Hallelujah. I realize that they have 1000+ residents here and that some people are unreasonable and have no sense of physics, or pride in their surroundings (see photos) but…. the REEK THAT EMINATES FROM THE RAW SEWAGE THAT RUNS DOWN THE SIDE OF BUILDING 3 is not conducive to “peaceful enjoyment of my semi-private patio”. The stench leaks into my apartment through the walls even in the winter, and i have all my windows taped. They came down once, and seemed to have a reasonable understanding, then- the story changed and “that’s not sewage, it’s the ocean “. If what’s leaking down the side of my apartment is “ocean water “, then the water would have to be up over the railroad tracks!!!

Will also submit photos of the coyotes- been tracking them for 7 years now. One has a regular patrol that he does every night- I see him, and his paw prints in the snow.

oh yeah, new photos are of one particular tenant who is allowed/tolerated to throw her broken crack pipes out in the parking lot, and “gaaaaaw-bage” down the hill. I don’t know what someone who harbors criminals and only pays $60/mo rent has in them- but for whatever reason they tolerate her. Maintenance just walks by the blue pee pads she leaves outside the back door and down the hill, but whatever- you’re not gonna get nicer for the price in this market.

They changed the lease- it’s not consistent with RI RE Law, but you sign it you bought it, so…. caveat empteur. incidentally, reading some of the other reviews: NO “eviction truck” is going to “pull up “ , they just throw all your stuff in the dumpster- one of the changes to the lease that is inconsistent with RI RE Law, fyi .

I haven't had any issues here. Just like every other complex, follow the rules, and mind your business. Simple as that. My Dad lives a few units down and he doesn't have any issues either. He's been there over 20 years. It's also a great location.

ATTENTION DELIVERY DRIVERS: Entrar al complejo No ir a la piscina. Don’t GPS to the pool!!! The buildings are numbered, #2 is in front of you as you enter. The apartment numbers are in some random order that doesn’t make sense.
Building 3 is the most frequently GPS SENDS YOU TO THE POOL!!! Building 3 is the most used address. The building numbers are small but on each building. The apartment numbers are on a small sign on a post at the beginning of each parking lot. Confusing- but I hope these directions make it easier.

Nice apartment but too many rules. I had used space in storage outside of my assigned cage and all of a sudden the manager had maintenance throw it all into the dumpster. She never notified me. A fellow tenant alerted me. I would have been happy to rectify the situation if she had contacted me. Instead I had to climb into the dumpster to retrieve my belongings in the dark and put them in my cage. Some things have disappeared?! It was a sneaky and mean move. I Can’t trust her.
Manager needs to learn how to deal with tenants. I’ve never heard anyone say anything nice about her.

I have been here a little over a year. The grounds are always well maintained. The maintenance team are always very pleasant and are quick to respond. The swimming pool is always sparkling clean. The laundry area is always well maintained and very clean. I enjoy the picnic areas with tables and grills. Management (Charlotte and Alyssa) are always here to listen to any concerns, they are very compassionate to all tenants. These two young ladies are truly assets to this company.

I have lived at Trafalgar East for several years now, and I have seen a few management and maintenance changes while here. I thought I better say something about this place or the first thing people will see is this terrible review below mine. First of all, whoever went on that rant- I know times are tough with Covid and all but get some help! You sound angry and nuts...just saying. Some friends of mine are apartment hunting and read your review and were worried for me! So I HAD to set the record straight.
I like this place- great location. There are not a whole lot of options out here in East Greenwich or West Greenwich which are decent and affordable too. I use the bus to get around so I love the access.
The Property Manager seems fair to me. I have never seen her treat anyone in the least bit poorly. Maintenance are really pleasant and helpful. Even the other people that live here are good neighbors! No wild parties, respectful, friendly. I have never had any major problems with my apartment so I cannot understand all the talk about that from the review below...maybe that person didn't take care of their unit and it got rotted out? Mine's nice. I would love a more modern kitchen but I have no real complaints.
I have been here like 4 1/2 years and I plan to stay. I love the pool, and I feel safe. If you are apartment hunting, don't be freaked out. Just use your own eyes and you will see that isn't a pretty nice place to be! Hope this helped!!!!

As Assistant Manager at Trafalgar East for the past 2 1/2 months, I have come to know many of the residents here in the community and also have come to know the rest of management and maintenance very well. I would allow my young adult college-aged kids to live here, and as a parent I believe that is saying something. In spite of what some current residents have stated, my experience here has been that the Management is FAIR...the Maintenance are diligent and hard working and the overall Management from the office is more than reasonable with regards to requests, needs of residents and staff and making the property better. I see a LOT of improvements being made in updated appliances, in adherence to procedures that keep people safe and healthy, and definitely in Customer Service. For the location, Trafalgar East is a shining star amidst the competition and we have a VERY long waiting list of people who would love to live here- and so they should!

My husband and I moved to Trafalgar about year and a half ago, we love it here. It's quiet and we have made many new friends since moving here, really has helped with the adjustment of moving from our own home. The staff is friendly and has been very accommodating with solving any issues that have occurred in a professional and timely manner. looking forward to enjoying the my summer days by the pool, can't wait. Thanks Trafalgar for a very pleasant apartment living experience.
