Purchased a 20HP Yamaha here last year. The service manager there who helped me with the purchase was just awesome! A year later it needed it's 20 hour check and i took it there to be done. Again, second to none customer satisfaction! Highly recommend them!

The Toilet Paper Group has taken over. They can’t even keep the toilet paper stocked. This marina has gone to $&!T.

They initially sent us to a mooring that does not appear to exist.

About 9am on a Tuesday morning the men’s room is disgusting. Point this out to a marina deck hand, he grunts. Point it out to the manager, he makes excuses about the janitors. Neither does anything to rectify any of problems.

The Wi-Fi does not work. The manager has excuses for this too.

The manager may have 40 years of sailing (part of his excuses) but is more concerned about the staff answering the VHF as “TPC” than that the marina is well managed.

Perhaps he should go sailing.

5 star launch operators and location. -5 for the new management. There is not a zero star option.

Great family run business that cares about Jamestown, the water front, boats, boaters and the Marine Industry. Beautiful spot right on the water, overlooking the Newport Bridge and Newport Harbor. Easy to buy tickets to the Ferry to enjoy the water of Narragansett Bay.

It's a very beautiful place to go when ,you can go with the family and friends with love one's too, then make sure you bring a fishing pole for the kids...trust me they will want to know what kind of fishes arrrr in the ocean 😊

Great location and marina in Jamestown. Good facilities and staff, the dockmaster was very accommodating and professional.
