I’ve never written a review for a hotel before but was compelled to because I had such an excellent experience here. I was visiting because my mother was in the hospital and the staff were so incredibly kind and flexible about my stay due to the uncertainty of when she’d be released. The rooms were cleaned to perfection, the bed was comfortable, and the neighbors and hallways were quiet. The staff went above and beyond with every interaction that I had with them and it was so appreciated. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bangor in another trip through. Highly recommend.

In town last minute because my father had a heart failure I booked 3 rooms at this hotel for $1500 and was told when I arrived that because I showed up at 8am my reservations were all cancelled and I would still be charged. I have probably stayed at over 100 Marriott’s world wide Abigail was hands down the absolute worst and rudest Marriott employee I’ve ever encountered very combative and not helpful or solution driven in the slightest if you’re having a bad day stay far far away from Abigail she will make it much much worse

This is one of the BEST TownPlace Suites I have ever stayed at. I stayed at two during my trip to NH and ME. This property recently had renovations done and everything was done very well.

Upon checkin, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly employee that was doing additional work on top of desk duties (it’s nice to see people working hard still). I was given a welcome bag for my Marriott Bonvoy status. This was very thoughtful and there was even a handwritten note in it.

The room was comfy and clean. The set up was amazing. There is a closet in the bathroom, ample mirrors, great lighting, good views, quiet. Just superb.

Breakfast was fresh and I felt the had several options. The gal in charge of breakfast was welcoming and friendly and even got me a special item I had inquired about.

I could say so much more. This is a safe location and would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Quiet, clean, well appointed and maintained lobby and rooms. Staff at Front Desk, in Cafe and in Housekeeping made us feel welcome and attended to. Would like stay here again on our next visit to Bangor!

I stayed at this hotel for an extended period, and the rooms were very spacious. The cleaning crew did a great job, and the front desk staff were amazing, always making me feel welcomed. I’m honestly sad to leave but can’t wait to return. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Booked this Hotel using Airmiles and stayed for the Weekend after flying into Bangor after being in Orlando for the week. I would like to Recognize Emily at the Front Desk who was a Gem and great representative in Hospitality. All the staff that my family and I interacted with were fantastic. The Hotel was very clean and quiet. The front desk agent gave a corner room on the first floor and made it easter to bring baggage to our room and felt like we were in our own section. I will definitely being staying again when in the Bangor Area.

I shared a room with my son, I do not smoke, he does. He went outside as he should, it was freezing out, he went out every couple of hours until he went to sleep. He didn't throw his butts on the ground he brought them inside and flushed them in the toilet. There was no fire alarm set off and no smell of cigarettes, we were informed we were getting charged 250. For ashes by a window, We asked for a picture. Someone who claimed their name was Julie sent a pic with a black speck, not an ash. It might have been a piece of tobacco from his pocket.A really small black piece of plant material not an ash. I'm sorry Julie had to work on Christmas but shame on you.
