It was a quick and fast visit. Probably for the first time ever in my life! All the employees were friendly and I think his name was JJ, he was super helpful and did not mind helping me out upgrading my son’s phone from start to finish even while helping other customers even checking in on us. If I have to go into a T-Mobile store again I’d definitely come in here again.

Friendly, efficient, helpful, the kid who helped me was honest and not just out for an up sell ! . Im not too tech savvy so he was patient.

I had the best customer service here! Ethan helped me out and he made the process so easy. He explained everything in detail to me and answered all of my questions that I had. I know what store I’m going to for any future needs. They are been very careful with the covid protocols, they allow 10 people in the store at the same time.

I am definitely leaving very disappointed with the service at this store. To start with, when you enter, they greet you but they mumble and don't even look back at you or pay attention to you. Then, all the employees are inside the room and don't serve you or at least inform you that they are eating or something, but they don't have even the slightest form of customer service.

These guys take care of their customers! Devin helped me navigate the various specials and deals. He was great at not talking over my head, he made it all easy to understand.

We came in today and talked about me upgrading and giving my phone to my son and Mario Sandigo helped us. He gave us all the numbers and info right up front, we said we would come back to switch it all when my son was out of school, went back and he was there, had the phone I wanted all ready and out to get switched, he made the process sooo easy, it came out to be cheaper than I was expecting and no surprise fees that we had to pay. He didn’t try to bug us about buying any cases, chargers or screen protectors like they usually do, we still ended up buying them hoping he gets the commission and if not, he deserves a raise at least. He was amazing with my 10 yr old as we were waiting for everything to switch over, they played a word game and he was so kind to my daughter as well. I’ve never ever had a phone buying process go so easy and smooth. We truly are grateful for Mario’s help and service. We will be returning to get my daughter a smart watch and will definitely work with him for as long as he is there working. Thank you so much!!!

Had a great experience! Ronny was able to upgrade me and transfer everything over to my new phone. He explained everything and even helped me get accessories for my new phone. He was quick and very professional. The most impressive part was he was doing all of this while helping his colleagues out as well. I never felt unattended. He was great. I will recommend all my friends to him.
