Mala atencion, la señora que nos atendió, se levantaba o estaba en el teléfono y nos dejaba a media conversación, otra cliente salio antes de nosotros enojada porque no solucionaron su problema, tienen que trabajar su atención al público

Many thanks to Jorge for his help! We had been to another location, where we were not offered any help (we were told the phones we wanted were out of stock everywhere, it was impossible to check stock at other stores, etc.). After getting the feeling the other location didn’t want our business, we came to this location. It was insanely busy, but we put our name on a waiting list, and really didn’t wait that long. Jorge was patient, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and answered all our questions. He truly went “the extra mile” and you could tell his wealth of experience. We were able to leave happy with new phones. Definitely recommend!
