They would have gotten a five. But you have to buy your own appliances except for the stove. First time I ever experience that here in viera, And I have built with several builders before. Be prepared to buy a washer, dryer, fridge,

You can't take the basket out to the car unless you pull up to the curb. Then you have to leave your stuff unattended while you go park. Then you have to do it all again when you finish. It seemed like everyone in there had an attitude too. I didn't like the atmosphere at all. I left and found a friendlier place down the street.

They've done a very good job of keeping up with the community and I'd say that Viera has a very good reputation. I'm very happy with everything to do here as there is a whole lot to offer in the area now, especially thanks to the Viera Company. Mostly overpriced. That is what majes it just okay to me. The homes are nice but not million dollar plus nice, but I know some people will pay this. The gates only keep honest people out. And when they are not working properly they are stuck in the open position so anyone can enter. Think about that. And then the multitude of people who have to have the code. Landscapers, pool companies, trash collecters, your repair people just to name a few. So much for security. Then all the rules the HOA puts on you and then charges you a hefty little sum every month for maintenance of the cimmon areas. Not for me at those prices. I'll take Lake Washington with 5 acres.
