Lovely property in a great location with easy walk to restaurants and shops. Being off-season, we did not use the pool. Great veranda/covered porch with plenty of seats to take advantage of the views. The first floor room we were in was small but incorporated a rack for hanging clothes, dresser & mini fridge plus loveseat. Great water pressure in the shower.

This was our first time staying here and it certainly will not be our last! Already planning our trip back! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Aaron was super helpful during our check in process and gave us great local recommendations. Bruce was absolutely delight as well! He greeted us in the morning for breakfast and made us feel right at home. The view from the deck is breathtaking - you’re able to see the beach, which is only a short walk away. Perfect location as it is conveniently nestled near many shops and restaurants. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!

Room is small but we have a great ocean view! The salt water pool and hot tub are a welcome respite from the summer heat.
Full breakfast is wonderful, along with fresh baked cookies and scones throughout the day.
Service is flawless and personable. Probably one of the best bnb experiences!

I cannot possibly say enough good things about 2 Village Square Inn! We hadn't been here in 8 years it is still perfection! Bruce and his staff are top notch and everything about the inn exceeds expectations. The breakfasts are delicious and the amenities are second to none. The other guests that we interacted with were all kind people and equally as happy with 2 Village Square. Wonderful weekend!

Fabulous stay, location, hospitality.... well located at centre of village. Fantastic breakfasts. Snacks and drinks available throughout the day. Bruce was wonderful host, available all the time, with help and information. Lovely swimming pool and hot tub. Wonderful experience.... thank you.

Our fourth year staying at V2 and it was another amazing experience. Bruce and the entire staff are just awesome. It is very easy to get used to the delicious breakfast every morning and the daily fresh baked cookies and specialty drinks everyday. 2 Village Square is a very special place and keeps the same guests coming back the same time every year, making it easy to create new friendships. Already booked next years trip to Ogunquit staying at 2 Village Square, our home away from home. If you are thinking about staying here, just do it, you wont be sorry!!! Thanks for another great stay Bruce.

Just to get philosophical for a moment...Was Bruce born to be the BEST Innkeeper on the planet..? or was the job of Innkeeper specifically designed with Bruce in mind. I know the reader will opine that this is the old ..chicken or the egg question. But this question does persist. Are the warm, homemade cookies and iced tea that are served every afternoon just a coincidence Does the perfect location and sparkling cleanliness make a difference? What happens when you throw in a covered patio with a pool, hot tub and gas grill? And I mustn't forget the comfortable beds and pillows, unlimited ice machine, beach chairs.... ok...ok...I can hear the readers asking the most important question..How is the breakfast I would say Excellent...but I would be lying...it's BETTER than excellent.! This was our fourth stay here, and we have stayed at many Bed and Breakfast locations, but we keep gravitating back to our FAVORITE B and B in Ogunquit. Thank you to Bruce and the entire staff.!! This place is incredible. Easy walking distance to downtown and beach. Great ocean views. But what really sets it apart is the service and amenities. Aaron and Bruce were genuinely friendly and welcoming. They even anticipated my needs. The hot tub is so relaxing. And it is salt water; so nice to not smell chlorine. And to top it off, it has a canopy above it so it can be enjoyed in the rain.
