The Spouter Inn Bed & Breakfast is a wonderful Inn hosted by Tracy and Mark Cini. You could not ask for a more beautiful setting and rooms, hosted by two engaging, responsive, and delightful inn keepers. In addition, the breakfasts are superb…yes they’re superb.! They are prepared by Tracy, a skilled chef and baker, with Mark contributing excellent omelettes. ||If you are not familiar with Lincolnville, Maine, it’s a beach village close to the Maine communities of Camden, Rockport, Rockland, and Belfast. The region is filled with activities ranging from museum and boating to seafood restaurants.||Clearly, we have very positive things to say in recommending Spouter Inn Bed & Breakfast. Enjoy!!

We enjoyed two days and nights at the Spouter Inn, where the accommodations are beautiful and comfortable and the hospitality warm. We stayed in the Crow's Nest with a beautiful view, luxurious king bed and lovely living room area to watch TV and read. The common areas of the Inn are perfect, and the front porch is really the most relaxing place to end the day with a cup of hot tea and the sound of the waves. Breakfasts were delicious and generous, plenty of energy for all your daily adventures. I can't think of anything they haven't anticipated and provided so that guests will enjoy every minute. Mark and Tracy are the ideal innkeepers, helpful but not intrusive, so that your experience is meaningful and memorable. We will dream about returning for another visit.

The Spouter Inn was absolutely delightful in every way! The Inn is kept in meticulous fashion, from the nicely decorated rooms to the lounges/dining rooms, to the beautiful gardens. The hosts, Mark and Tracy, were so very kind and welcoming. Breakfast every morning was always a special treat, prepared with true care and delicious. They have thought of every amenity to meet (& exceed) guests' needs. The Inn offers all that plus a perfect midcoast location. A true gem!!

Made a reservation directly with the B&B. Was not disappointed. Nice common spaces, well decorated, comfortable and inviting rooms, and to top it all off great hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was amazing both mornings. Tracy was helpful with area information. Mark is a great chef!

Absolutely wonderful experience. This was the best lodging we experienced in our two weeks travel through Maine. Mark and Tracy made us feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the rest of the property. The guest room (one of eight) was large, with a very nice bathroom. There were several sitting areas in the lobby area with great views of the harbor and comfortable seating, games, books, etc.
The breakfasts were outstanding, with daily printed menus, fine linen, 3 served courses including eggs, a cereal and yogurt buffet, and all the fixins.
The Inn is conveniently located between Belfast and Camden if you really need to shop.
A great stay at a reasonable price. We'll be back.

We had an excellent, relaxing time at the Spouter Inn! Mark and Traci are most hospitable, ready to suggest nearby places for food or interest. The Inn is so comfortable and inviting, from the front porch with rockers and ocean view, to the living room with plush chairs and whale motif, to the patio firepit and lights! Our breakfasts were scrumptious and filling, and there are those afternoon cookies to enjoy as well! The location is lovely and near enough to busy towns but 'away enough' so the foghorn is the most constant sound! Thank you! We will be back!

We arrived to The Spouter Inn in Lincolnville, Maine, and were warmly greeted by Inn Keepers, Tracy and Mark Cine. Tracy and Mark welcomed us into their Inn, which became our home for the next 3 nights. We stayed in the Crow’s Nest, which we highly recommend. It is the largest room in the Inn and is beautifully appointed and overlooks the Penobscot Bay. Mark shared tips for favorite restaurants and nearby towns, and Tracy took down our requested breakfast time. They both always took time for small talk with their guests, which really made for a lot of happy smiles. |After a short walk to McLaughlin’s Pub for my lobster fix, we found ourselves so relaxed, we were sleeping at 8:30 pm at night. We’re city people! We needed this!!|I cannot say enough about the magic the happens in this mysterious place called their kitchen, but amazing and delectable food is presented and it is heavenly. Crème brûlée’s French toast, buttermilk pancakes, eggs Benedict with hollandaise, coconut scones… I could go on, but we were only there for 3 days. |Everyone might think they want to run a B&B, but this passionate couple have definitely found their calling. What they do is an art. Bravo! I’m going to find my way back. Thank you, thank you. You made out vacation so much more delightful. |We will be back! Cheryl Carroll & Dave Warlh by
