Spencer and his team did an awesome job. My 2013 Elantra was literally driving like a brand new car after they finished my 90k maintenance on it. Spencer was extremely honest and only allowed absolutely necessary work to be done, which was refreshing. It's hard to come by a good, honest mechanic at many shops. The rates are very affordable and I truly appreciated Spencer working with my warranty company and providing above par customer service. I'll definitely be back.

Arlo and his crew are top notch. The service is fantastic and they are a very honest shop. When I was out of the country my wife had to take her car in for a repair. They took excellent care of her car and treated her great. That was in 2006 and I've been going to them ever since.

We have traveled quite a few miles just to have Arlo and his crew repair our vehicles. We do this because we can absolutely trust everyone at the Service Rack to provide the best possible service. It is reassuring to know that someone is looking out for our safety and recommending only the repairs we need. Arlo and the Service Rack are worth the drive!

My car was leaking coolant and I came here because a friend recommended them. Was a little shocked by how much they charged to fix it. Did some research and found that it usually cost half of what I was charged in labor. I casually asked why that was and the guy (a balding gentleman with glasses) became SUPER defensive and tried to explain it as "Minnesota is a different market," blah, blah. He essentially wanted me to admit he was right before I left. Awkward, but whatever. I paid the bill and wrote the experience off and was just happy enough that my car wasn't leaking anymore.

Now, one year later, my car is leaking coolant like a sieve. Great.

2 stars because it didn't leak for a year, I guess.
